★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to LBR for about 7 months now and it's amazing! Lawrence and his team of trainers are fantastic. I like to go early in the morning but their hours can accommodate almost all schedules. The main gym area is very well equipped and always clean. The lower level has a great set up for yoga, fitness and boxing classes. As well they have registered message therapists on the second floor.
I always knew I needed a little push to get my workout needs started again and I couldn't be happier with LBR. Come check them out, you will glad you did.
