β β β β β I've been getting treatments with Janet for a number of years. Her professionalism, deeply therapeutic intent and presence, and her experience has tremendous value in my eyes. Janet helped me through a bout of mastitis shortly after I had my daughter, and I try to see her monthly for Craniosacral Therapy. The Cranio work helps keep me balanced in my day-to-day. It calms my whole nervous system, alleviating anxiety and feelings of stress, decreases chronic aches and pains, and really just helps keep me more chilled out :) I highly recommend her!

β β β β β Before meeting Janet, I was anti-massages, but now I make sure to book an appointment at least once a month! She is a great listener and is excellent at what she does. Janet is not afraid to suggest other/complimentary treatment options, if necessary, and is always putting her clients first. I would 100% recommend Focus Massage Therapy!

β β β β β Janet Penny is an extraordinarily talented and skilled massage therapist. She has helped me tremendously, and getting a massage from her is an indispensable part of my self-care routine. I have chronic head and neck issues which need to be addressed to keep me from getting migraine. Plus, she generally ends a treatment by doing an amazing cranial-sacral adjustment. That alone is worth the price of the massage! She doesn't take tips - what she charges is what she charges, which I find refreshing and admirable.

β β β β β Janet is super kind, warm and knowledgable. I came in to treat tight muscles from repetitive strain of sitting at a desk for long hours. She understood my needs and was able to pinpoint the areas that were affected most using various techniques that worked wonders. She had lots of great tips and advice to help mitigate the strain. I felt super relieved and like I could stand-up straighter after our session. I look forward to making more regular appointments with Janet!

β β β β β Janet is a wonderful RMT, specializing in lymphatic drainage. She takes the time to communicate her treatment plan clearly and is always available to address any questions or concerns. The location is accessible and street parking is available. I highly recommend her services as she has a magic touch! Also, she is very kind.

β β β β β Although Janet is an excellent therapist, I was distressed to find out that she apparently is not vaccinated, thus putting herself at risk as well as anyone who spends an extended time in her non-ventilated treatment room. It shocks me that anyone in the health care profession would not do everything to protect the people they treat as well as themselves.
