★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just casually cancelled an appointment for tomorrow I've had for over a week to take care of urgent but uncomplicated business. I'm sorry, but I don't think "she's not in the office this week after all" is an appropriate justification for less than 24 h notice. Maybe I would have understood if some attempt at an explanation had been made. Blowing me off without even a "sorry" is not a great strategy. Completely inconsiderate.

Leslie was incredibly helpful in getting things done for us and she even met with us offsite as my wife isn't able to travel much. Everything was done quickly but I felt really secure knowing Leslie took the time to ensure all the details were correct. She was very pleasant to deal with.
