★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave 1star for the apartment but I would give 5 stars for the staffs especially Joe the maintenance manager and Sang. They were very helpful and cooperative while my stay at Zephyr Avenue. They went out of the miles to help me with the problem at the apartment but the management did not care. Jennifer from the management was also very helpful.
When I was first showed the apartment, they showed me only 2 apartments as only those two were available. They were not renovated properly, only painted but was charged as much as the renovated ones. Also, I was told that I would be transferred to the other apartments when they have availability. But then the staff who told denied that he told us. I was very upset. The floor was not that great and every time we would walk the tenant downstairs could hear us and gave us hard time. The management did not take any initiative. I started getting cockroaches and even with the treatments it would not go away instead the number kept on increasing. We were to the point we could not live there. Therefore, had to leave. I am very happy in my new apartment which is bigger and cheaper than CLV and also just near by their building with indoor parking. Over all the service of the management is not up to the standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with CLV Group has been wonderful. Leasing agent Farheen Mahmood has made the entire process informative and easy. From the initial viewing to signing the lease and moving in, Farheen ensured everything went smoothly and efficiently.
Her knowledge of each of the units we viewed was so impressive, it made it clear for us that this is where we want to call home. The building is clean and well managed. Thank you to the team at CLV for a top notch experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say moving to 6950 Fielding avenue CLV group was one of the best experiences I have ever had with signing a lease and moving into a new unit. Marc went above and beyond to help me during a tough time I was going through very accommodating and responsive to my every need. I would suggest anyone to move in with the company from the first experience I had I will always be grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the new building administration there are always concerns how is it going to affect my life? After challenging times we have experienced, I have to admit, this was a fantastic change. CLV group not only made my building look so much more welcoming. I got the feeling that I am a part of community. Going through the lockdown, loved the on-line exercise classes arranged by CLV group. Grateful for simplification of the rent payment. And absolutely worth mentioning the expediency of repairs once request is submitted. Overall, I am a very happy tenant :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CLV Group is a fantastic company! I would recommend living in any of the properties they manage. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. The buildings they manage are very well looked after. I really enjoy living in a CLV managed property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the last year since CLV terminated the live in building support the level of service in our building has gone down significantly. Here we are a full day gone and we cannot access our parking because the plows have not come. I see the building around are us are completely plowed and we are still waiting. I cant believe that the management at this company has the gall to face the tenants here with the absolutely terrible service this building gets for the rent paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CLV at Lakeshore Gardens. Maintenance staff helpful and professional. Very nice even helped me carry my groceries up the stairs. The site is clean and beautifully maintained. Recent outside makeover is outstanding. Highly recommend renting from CLV. Any issues are responded to in a timely manner and dealt with immediately.

Employees were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My request was addressed immediately and repairs were done with great quality, and to my utmost satisfaction. In addition, maintenance staff and the property manager work very hard on such things as keeping the building clean, accessible and secure. My experience with staff at the local office has also be very positive. The staff and the Community Manager have been so understanding, and courteous while interacting and communication with. Thank you so much CLV!
