Her Helping Hand estate sales are well run and the years I’ve been a client of theirs, I have had no problems and would recommend her services for anyone downsizing with a company that is caring and compassionate - please keep up the great work Darlene

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Love It Again's online "Helping Hands Estate Online Sales" for the first time. I was so excited to find a vintage wooden chair for my desk at home, I followed the instructions and paid for it online. Drove on the date and time told to the NW (I live in the SE) and was told, "Sorry, it was sold to someone else". Very disappointing as it explicitly said in the instructions that if you are the first to pay for it online, then it is yours - clearly not the case. Although I was refunded the amount I paid for the chair, I was extremely upset to spend an hour and half driving around the city only be told it wasn't there. Be very wary about using this service! If you do, be sure to confirm your purchase before making the trip to pick up (live and learn)!

Darlene and Val took on our parent’s dynamic and complex downsizing project with its tight deadlines, Covid-19 precautions, the clearing out 60+ years of treasures, in addition to our home renovations and real estate transactions, and excelled all of our expectations. Their compassion, responsiveness, organization and professional excellence were all outstanding. Whatever didn’t sell was donated, disposed of, or taken to their store for future sale. The efforts of their Team allowed us to focus on the needs of our Family. If your Loves Ones are transitioning to the Great Beyond or to another mode of accommodation don’t hesitate to call Helping Hands.

I'm thrilled your company is still offering "on line" estate sales versus "in home shopping". I feel much safer during Covid and that you keep up the safety protocols. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ‘Love it Again, Sam’ (AKA Helping Hands Estate Services) is one of the best estate sale companies in the city. Recently bought a couch but had an unfortunate accident while moving it and left a hole in the wall. Darlene called about a week later to get it all sorted out, had to pay for damages but she was very sweet and offered some store credits for the troubles. She even mentioned that they will consider new policies to move furniture out of the homes to avoid future accidents.
The staff are always friendly and enthusiastic at every sale. and the prices are the most reasonable compared to any other estate sale company in the city. Even though the accident happened, I'm still a happy customer and will be supporting HHES moving forwards. I highly recommend signing up to their newsletter to stay up to date for any upcoming sales!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve bought a bunch of things online since 2020 and just can’t buy anymore now. The online descriptions are constantly inaccurate and when I emailed the owner about the last 2 things, she really couldn’t have cared at all. One was an old TV supposed to come with wheels as per the description and could be seen in the picture (but didn’t come with wheels) and the second were supposed to be silk scarves, which were not silk at all but were polyester. Owners reply to my email inquiry was “There are no wheels for the TV” and that’s all! She didn’t even acknowledge the scarves or apologize for not having the wheels. I don’t even know how many other things I bought were wrong - too many to count. I’m probably better off not filling my house with somebody’s old things anyway.
