My wife and I purchased our new home four years ago and we are very happy to call it our home. We dealt mainly with Ernesto from the design stage and are really impressed with his level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care. As with any new home, there are always going to be deficiencies. However, Losani resolved all issues in a timely and professional manner. Greg was our service tech and he is super respectful and simply awesome! Losani's quality and designs are unmatched by any other builder in the area. We will definitely consider Losani again in the future!

I own a house in Hamilton built by Losani Homes. My house had few places to be repaired. But due to pandemic, the repairs suffered the arrangement difficulties. During the warranty period, I contacted Ms. Angela. Ms. Angela is a very responsible person. At any time, when I wrote an email to her regarding the repairs, she always emailed me back at earliest time and answered me for the concerns. Sometimes, she asked me for the photos to show exactly where needed to be repaired. She tried her best to make earlier arrangements. After the repairs done, she also sent me the photos showing the repairs done. She worked hard till all the repairs were well done. I'm satisfied with Ms. Angela. Based on my experience with the home builders. She is best one in the warranty service. Hope Losani Home to keep her as she is worthy 5 stars praise from myself.

We purchased our home in 2015 and just moved in, in November 2018. The original move in date was set for April 2017. Lots and lots of delays with a lot of unanswered questions. When we did our PDI there were numerous deficiencies that were not fixed (and still aren't) and same goes for our 30 day inspection. It is next to impossible to get an answer from anyone about when someone is coming fix these deficiencies and we are now on our 3rd warranty rep within 7 months. They moved one of our outdoor vents and tried to cover the huge hole up with a fake pipe, which we noticed because it looks ridiculous. The builder's deck is very poorly done, not sure if the guy was drunk when he built it. We're missing our screen door from our balcony, our glass shower door is scratched, the stain on our stairs is very poorly done, and our fireplace mantel is crooked but they say it's within their standards. Were missing stucco from our posts outside, the posts are still unpainted, the door and trim recently got painted but it was an awful paint job and they painted the trim the same colour as the door and it looks terrible. The soffits outside are all dented and bent. Only half of our driveway is done and grading is barely taking place, even though they sent an email a month ago advising it would be done within 1.5 weeks. Everything seems to get half done. The customer experience team are impossible to deal with. It seems many other neighbours in our area are also having many issues. I can go on forever but I won't. All Losani cares about is taking your money and that's it. . Mind you, our site supervisor and the guy who has done some touch ups have been great, it's the customer experience team that are useless.

We bought a house from Losani and we are very happy with the process and quality of the work. Debbie of Sales was great, design did a fantastic job in the changes we asked, service department helped to fix few things and was always in time. I had the opportunity to review few things with senior managment and all ended in a fair solution for both parts. Overall was a great experience. No hesitation to reccomend them as great builder.

From start to finish, my experience with Losani Homes has been amazing and seamless! I had been in the housing market for over a year looking into resale properties, but after hearing some great reviews of Losani Homes from coworkers and friends I decided to purchase a new build myself. Debbie from sales was very professional and knowledgeable. She made the actual purchasing process easy and was not intimidating at all. Sophie in the design centre was super kind and patient, and helped me choose upgrades and finishes that I absolutely love. I had a vision in my mind and she really brought it to life for me. There’s not a single design feature I would ever change and I love the way my home looks, thanks to Sophie!! With regards to my pre-construction walk through, Justin was very helpful and answered all my questions. As a first time homeowner I was very overwhelmed at first but Justin explained everything in fine detail and I am more knowledgeable thanks to him ! My pre delivery inspection was done by Josh who also was very patient, went through the entire (finished) home with me and helped me out with my Tarion warranty, detailing small items that just needed some minor touch ups. I had a huge list of questions on this day (prior to my closing) and he answered all of them. A HUGE shoutout to Daniela !! The closing day for me was very overwhelming, but Daniela was there to greet me at my new home and was so enthusiastic and welcoming, and honestly brought my stress level down tremendously. I entered my kitchen and Daniela had a beautiful welcome gift there waiting for me. She has gone above and beyond to make me feel at home in my home and you can tell that she is very passionate about what she does. Lastly, huge thanks to Nik and Sam! Nik and Sam have been so helpful with some last minute repairs. They went above and beyond to ensure my home was perfect and helped me in ways they really did not have to. Nik has taught me so much in terms of being a new homeowner and I have gained so much knowledge in just a month of living here thanks to him. He really put a personal touch on this whole experience, making the transition to being a first time homeowner less stressful and overall very rewarding. He is an integral part of the Losani company. Thank you again to everyone who made this experience so great for me. I am excited and honoured to call this my home and love this amazing place to share with my family and friends!!

We had a small leak at our Losani town house and reached out to Losani Homes for assistance with our concern. Losani Homes (Julie & Raquel ) responded same day to our inquiry, scheduled a service technician and communicated an action plan to address the leak. Excellent customer service from the Losani team.

We purchased homes from several builders in the past however, purchasing one from Losani Homes was THE GREATEST experience. The customer service, the response time, accomodating special requests... every aspect of their service is above average. We recently dealt with Sophie and Tania at their decor centre. It was like meeting meeting and dealing with your own family. We are so happy that we have decided to buy our last home (retirement home) from Losani so that we enjoy every bit of living in it!!! They have good finishes and the process of upgrading and selecting finishes was really good. However, if you’re are an investor and buying a new home read the clauses carefully. They can give you a finished house with all the exterior roads and access not done and would look like a war zone. Difficult to get renters in this situation. This can go on for months and you have to keep paying all the bills on this empty house. So my advice is add clause in the contract that says “ taking possession only when completed fully both in and out “. This can prevent you from getting burned like me.
