★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not professional staff, they gave a quote and they charged me $800 more, they said the agent gave you the quote she made a mistake and she left the company, and they have a very bad a attitude with their customer.
Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2.5 stars because I have been with them for a while. They have gotten the job done. But, every year ive had to call/email countless times to ask to look for better quotes within the companies (shouldn't that automatically be done at a brokerage?) I have found the responses to emails to be either non existent, short or evasive of what you're actually needing. I have been through buying my 1st house and now my 2nd and this one just put me over the edge. Coverage questions and legal matters. Like I said, the job was done but I in no way felt cared for or communicated well with. No one has been rude to me but it feels as if I get bare minimum of care. I will not be with Pearson dunn stoney creek for much longer. On top of the stresses of life I do not need this yearly annoyance. I understand working with people is difficult but I do my best to stay personable and I expect the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a complete joke. Service is horrible. No one returns calls or has a clue what's going on. For the last 3 months I've received mail 3 times with different quotes.
Reneé the broker needs to be fired plain and simple, she's never knows what's going on with her customer files, it's like day 1 all over again every time I call in. I will never deal with Pearson and Dunn a James Brown company again. 374.00 to 379.00 to 363.00 to 432.00 to 470.00 these are the prices I received over the last 3 months. The best thing about it is I've been insured this whole time with them as they've change my rates. I even had to call in to tell them I drove clean for the last 2 years with no accident or tickets. Why is my insurance going up ? Pearson and Dunn should take up a country music band cause they have no clue along with there employees on how to run an insurance company.

Found out that my broker here had left with no replacement over 6 months ago. Took 5 attempts to get someone else that could help, and even then could not get a new insurance binder in under 2 weeks.
To top it all off, they sent my insurance renewal in with the same person as the contact on it, even though they no longer work there. Just an incredible level of disorganization and mismanagement.
