I must caution people about this company. One of the worst retail experiences of my life. My wife and I booked just about everything required for our outdoor wedding reception from Fab Hospitality: tents, chairs, plates, knives, forks, linens, etc. About a week and a half before the actual wedding date, we got an email from them asking if we had our tent permits already. Our reaction was, "what permits?" They never prompted us to look into permits even though we booked with them a month and half previous. I did some scrambling, taking a day off work, to talk to municipal officials to sort out this permit. They say, it's not that big of a deal, I just need the appropriate paperwork from our rental people and some other things. Ok fine. A lot of back and forth phone calls ensue, trying to sort out this issue. During which there are problems with the paperwork on fab hospitality’s end. Which culminates with him insisting the paperwork should be good, despite the fact that the city still won’t accept it. Now it’s one week before the wedding, Saturday morning. I get a phone call from Chris (owner of another rental company), β€œhey I just wanted to tell you that this guy [fab hospitality] is really shifty. He tried to book a tent from me, and told me not to tell you I’m another company. I don’t sub out rentals, never have. I gave him his deposit back and called you.” I call fab hospitality to confront him about the situation. He denies any questionable behavior. This guy already has a substantial amount of our money. I figure I better just ride it out with this company, what choice do I have? I give up on the tent with about a week to go until our wedding. It will now be an open-air reception. I ask Fab to provide smaller tents that don’t require a permit, he says he can do that. At this point I am highly suspicious of this guy. I also ask him bluntly β€œtell me honestly, are there any problems with any of the other stuff we have rented?” He assures me β€œ there are no problems with anything else”. Then hours later, approx. 7pm on the Saturday one WEEK before our wedding, I get an email from Fab hospitality stating β€œWe’re sorry for the inconvenience, but we can no longer supply your Sept. 5 event…..all of our rental equipment was destroyed in a storm.” ?!! What?! How is that even possible? I call him immediately. β€œso you’re telling me you don’t have even one fork that I can use?” he says they can look into it, but everything was destroyed. At this point its not even worth the energy to get angry at him, and he does send me our deposit back. But we are left without anything one week away from our wedding. I felt very strongly that he was not being truthful about the situation, and he just wanted to wash his hands of the whole thing. Another company that we got in touch with our caterer, ended up saving the day and supplied us with everything we needed. But to sum up, My experience with Fab hospitality was a very bad one. They didn’t communicate very well, were not honest in their dealings, and did not deliver the service promised.

Fab is like name says is fabulous their service is excellent and very accommodating we had requested for their party stuff had to make last minute changes to accommodate more which they were so happily . They can be reached at even late hours I recommended to few of my friends they too had a very good experience dealing with them. We will always call fab hospitality for any of our get together needs .

Excellent communication throughout the event, on time and they matched my theme with the right cutlery and tents. I Highly recommend Fab Hospitality for any of your party needs.

Fab hospitality was great for my backyard wedding. There were some hiccups but they fixed the issues right away. I do wish the communication was better! Also when they give you a time expect them to be late. When they set up the tent they gave me an extremely dirty one, I emailed them that night and they made sure to bring a brand new one in the morning! I would still recommend them even with what happened! Thank you for all your hard work!

Fab Hospitality was great to work with for a recent backyard event. They were quick to respond to all my emails.The padded white resin chairs tables were comfortable and in great shape. The white linens were flawless and crisply pressed. Delivery and pick up was smooth, I'd highly recommend this company.

I had fab hospitality set up a tent, table, and chairs this past weekend in my backyard so that we were able to celebrate my son’s baptism safely with a gathering of 20 people. From start to finish, they were easy to communicate with and responded promptly through email with any answers to questions I had. They even had tablecloth colours that matched perfectly with my colour theme. The set up and tear down was quick and easy and we didn’t have to lift a finger which was the best part. I would def recommend them and use them again for events I host in the future! Thank you Fab Hospitality!!

Was in contact with this company for multiple days trying to coordinate rentals for my engagement party. Sent them multiple emails, phoned them numerous times with no one getting back to me. I wanted to keep it local, closer to hamilton and if why i decided to go with them. They ensured everything was available for m event weekend. Waited 2 days to receive a quote they promised via email. AGAIN nothing. when I called back, they finally decided to open an estimate and to soon find out they did not have the inventory they had told me they did for that day. Do not recommend especially if you need things done in a timely manor.

Rented 22 chairs, 5 table cloths and 26 wine glasses for a baptism of 45 people the long weekened. Arranged pick on Friday at noon. They called several times on Thursday, I did not answer because the number came as Ontario, not their business name. Finally picked up and they told me my pick up was Thursday. I told them my receipt was for Friday pick up. I was then informed they closed at 11 on Friday. I picked up the items. When setting up on Saturday the chairs were dirty and I had to wash them. The table cloths did not match. Some were thin and bright white and some were thick and not as white. I could have borrowed random white table cloths from everyone. The wine glasses did not match. When I called on Tuesday to mention these things. I was told I should have called and he would have fixed it even thou I was informed that they were closed for the weekend and that I was complaining. When I dropped off the items he did not apologize for this. Just took the items back and said nothing. I will not rent from them again. I have rented many times for large parties from other companies and have never had any issues.
