★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t have any issues with the services I have received at BCAA but with hours from 10-4 and nothing on weekends how is anyone with a regular job supposed to make it in? Some services can occur online but it makes it hard if you have any questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They r quick to take your money but when situations change they don't want to prorate or return any portion thereof! I sold my motorhome months ago and informed them of this change with 9 months to go on the policy and was told they do not give refunds! I don't think I'll renew when the rest of my policy expires!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the staff to be very helpful and they always take the time to work through all the options available to me. Our last experience with Linda and Graham saved us hundreds of dollars. We will continue to drive to Nelson from Rossland due to the fantastic customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BCAA service was fantastic. They are very courteous & with the current situation, time waits were 5 mins to 10 mins for in person service and I was able to renew my auto insurance with ease. Highly recommended from my part ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is by far the worst managing team ever . I was asked to leave with my mask on because i asked if i could use the bathroom after driving 30 km to get there. The man acting as security was mean and i will never go there again . He treated all the women attending like garbage . Most nasty award goes to him. No mask will alter his hateful behaviour . Shame on you . You don't represent bcaa only your self . If there was ten stars ,you still wouldn't receive one . Fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wht everyone wouldn't include BCAA with their insurance is beyond me. Better programs and incentives for the same price!!
First accident forgiveness and ZERO dollar windshield replacements are a must in winter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BCAA has gone down hill. After years of relying on them with no issues, I've received dreadful service and have no use for their membership anymore. Useless now and I won't even make the call with my membership because it wont help. I want my money back.
