D	Danielle Beccari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went to visit the Hamilton (Stoney Creek) showroom in early January. We were greeted by a sales rep as we arrived. From the start it was obvious that he had no interest in talking to us. We had a few general questions and all he would say to us was, "just look around the showroom". After wee looked around I had some more specific questions regarding an Aya kitchen that I saw on their website. Again, he was unable to help us. He had no clue what style cabinet and colour I was referring to and he was not very willing to look at the website online. He ended up telling us to contact another sales rep/designer that he told us would be able to help us with our kitchen. When we arrived home we contacted the other rep and got the same treatment. Very unfriendly and rushed service. We sent him the dimensions of our kitchen and he told us that he would come back to us with a plan within 2-3 days. It has now been 2 weeks and we have not heard from him. A few months prior to this experience in Hamilton we visited the Aya Castlefield location in Toronto and were very happy. I highly recommend avoiding the Hamilton (Stoney Creek) location at all costs. They are the worst sales people we have encountered and certainly don't do justice to an otherwise nice product.

He has the knowledge to answer any questions we had. He showed us all our options and walked us through the process of picking the kitchen that worked for us. He was friendly and super helpful throughout. Once we had selected everything, Jeff expertly installed our cabinets and answered all our questions along the way. When he was done, it looked awesome. He’s a pro and his work reflects that. Aya Kitchens is definitely recommended. They do really great work.

They kept telling me they couldn’t do it the way I wanted though our neighbours kitchen has the setup we wanted. When I finally decided to accept their advice and receive a quote they just stopped responding all together.

I was constantly changing my mind on what I wanted and was able to work with Lucas on designing what was right for my space. I get compliments on my kitchen every time someone visits. The quality is unmatched.
