★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your construction in my neighbourhood is driving all the people who live here nuts. There is NO respect for people who live here. Who work nights. Or have children. Alllll day BANG BANG BANG for the last 5 months and another 40+ months to go. This banging is causing structural damage to the homes in the neighbourhood. We didn’t want these buildings around the corner. GO AWAY!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their employees really need to get some manners. I was parking in a perfectly legal street parking spot that happened to be near a construction site. A large tractor trailer owned by DeFaveri pulls up and the driver starts threatening me with having my car towed at 7 am. Instead of simply asking me to move, which I would have, he immediately threatened me with childish bullying tactics. License plate nr. AX 555077. Large nasty white male with beard. One of those who likes to intimidate women and thinks he can get away with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big WARNING to any other sub-trades of this company. They do not pay their bills. We have now worked for them on three projects and the only project for which we were paid in full and relatively without problems was the project where we put a lien on the school they were renovating. They have even issued checks and then stopped payment on them after we had picked them up. Work for them at your own peril, you have been warned. I wish someone had warned me.
