I was trying to get my lottery ticket scanned for the winning numbers. I was waiting at the "customer service" counter, trying to ask where can I scan my ticket. I was ignored by not one, but 3 of the Longo's staff. In the end, one of them went away and came back, as a cashier behind me, saw me waiting and prompted her to me. She said to me, "-I am ready to take your cash!" ?? Like, really!? I had shoppings in my cart, I already paid for with another cashier. How do you assume something like that, without even asking me, what I need or want!? Plus, "hands off my cash", you ain't getting your hands on mine. I said, "- I am trying to find out about my lottery ticket", she said "- We're busy with a refund". 3 people doing a refund, intentionally ignoring me, but ready to take my cash, if I was so dumb to give it to them. Rofl. I said: "-You will get one star on Google for this", she said "-Scanning machine is behind you", I replied "-That's what I was looking for, while 3 different people were processing 1 refund, while deliberately ignoring other customers", in my case me. On top of everything, that CSR was rude to me. Dialogue was like a scene taken from "Seinfeld", rofl... Smh, very bad attitude, found some shoppers there, were very demanding and entitled. I was in one of the sections looking for produce. When one woman, demanded that I move, so she can pass. I obeyed, as didn't want to create a scene. If that lady was looking for "Drama Queen", I am sorry to tell her, but that position was already filled by me. ????Smh again. Took my purchases and left. Not to be back, maybe for another year or longer... Very expensive shop with lots of attitude, from staff and other shoppers. I can spend my money into a friendlier store, thank you very much. You won't see me back, any time soon. Keep your very expensive prices and cheap attitudes for yourselves and enjoy it, while you're at it! You know what it means, no need for me to "spell" it here.???

I moved in the area and instantly I fall in love with your produce and meat department amazing fruit quality compared to other supermarkets. Unfortunately costumer service is lacking in this store rude cashiers.

If your looking for a bad attitude and nasty service Come to this location and allow Wynter to cash you out. I dont usually Come to this location but i decided to give it a try because it was late and closer to my house. I came here on May 16 I only picked up a few items mainly baby snack and Wynters behavior was very shocking to me for a customer service rep you would expect a hello but all you get is a bad attitude. I placed the items on the counter and she didn't move from where she was standing at all to start cashing she wasn't even friendly I gave her the drink I had and went in my purse for my card and she stood there and watch me because she decided that she would not cash the baby food untill I put them in her hand after I did she cash me out pack them in the bag didn't say thank u. If you workers are having a bad day they should stay home instead of taking there problem out on paying customers but its probably because I'm black why I didn't get the best treatment because I watch her cash out 2 customers prior to me and she greeted them and picked up there items to cash out and was very friendly. if I was a bad customer I could understand the bad attitude but I dont think I was treated kindly by Wynter at all.

This is such a terrible place. They always run out of so many things and don't even refill them especially in the produce section. The fridge of the milk section smells so badly. It has happened for a long time without fixing it. Last but not least, some of the cashiers especially some middle-aged women are so rude and don't even greeting me or welcome me. All they did was they kept silent. Won't come back again???

I was in Longo’s on Sunday February 20th at approximately 8:30am. The store had enough customers but not to busy….except for the male who felt some sense of entitlement to not wear a mask. He stood in a check out line area with his head on swivel hoping someone would engage him. What was most disappointing was me watching for several minutes with no staff acknowledging or addressing this matter. He purchased a bunch of bananas and took his time paying with hopes of being approached. I will not be returning to this location as Longos has proven they chose not to follow Public Health Pandemic rules. This store location has a high volume of seniors and feel this was unacceptable and unsafe for them and everyone . Very disappointed customer

Bad customer service. Farida was the cashier today. No greeting, didn't bother asking how we would like to pay, didn't say anything when handing back the receipt. It's ironic that a self checkout machine would do all these! The customer service of Longo's at this location has really gone down. This is not an isolated incident, many cashiers love being silent to the customer, though not while chatting amongst themselves!. I hope the management would do something about it as this Longo's has been my go-to store for years. We like the nice meat and produce at Longo's. Probably not going back for a long time.

The review is for the Bakery side. Always great staff which provide helpful idea’s when picking a cake for any occasion. Also, their “longos” branded cakes taste so good ! Been going here for years and will continue to do so :)

The store has good meat and produce but the service is hit or miss. How hard is it for a cashier to greet a customer by just saying “hello”, scan the items and ask “how would you like to pay?”. Apparently, Selena who works at the cashier on March 30, 2022, at around 1pm, found it a challenge. The store was empty, and no customer was at the checkout. As I proceeded to the checkout, Selena had no intention to greet or interact with me, other than asking if I had the points card (hence two stars are given in this review, instead of one). Didn’t ask how I would like to pay either, and I had to tell her “visa”. Pretty sad, but that’s why self-checkout counters should be installed.
