U	Uzzi Usman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, not the best food. Ordered the quesadillas and homemade fries, never got the fries since it was never placed in order. The quesadillas tasted weird and unappetizing. Would not order food from here again, but I may go for a drink or two.

I specifically mentioned 2 x 2 lb wings and while on the phone, the person taking my order interrupted me saying "what flavours?" and I repeated myself again saying 2 x 2 lb wings with the flavours. Once there, I only saw one container, so I told them that they probably got the order wrong cause I ordered 2 x 2 lb wings. I repeated the order again and waited a few minutes for the rest to come up. It was only after I opened the containers that I found out they got it wrong!!! they gave me 3 lb wings of one flavour and 1 lb of the other. They were both cold, disgusting and small. I've been to many St. Louis branches and this is the worst by far!! (look at the pictures for how disgusting their food is) Also, tried calling them 60 times after I found out what happened, nobody picked up and their voicemail was full.

I have been going to this store for years now but will never go back. Since pandemic started their quality of services and food went down badly. I ordered a burger which was like they heat it up in a microwave. dry, old and terrible quality. asked for a Swiss Cheese and got Cheddar. Got wings and they are using the wrong sauce. I always order Smokey BBQ Heat and I got Buffalo this time!!! I wish I didn't tip them. they can't even handle crowds at the door. everything is cramped and unorganized. stay away from this location if you value your money!

This is absolutely the worst location. I placed the order over the phone and told her I wanted hot wings and make it extra saucy. It was so upsetting. Once I got home I opened to see the wings are dry as hell and it was so burnt! This is very upsetting as I ordering 2 boxes of wings and fries and both the box of wings were burnt and so dry! Very disappointed.
K	Kevin T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and friendly service, pleasantly surprised given some bad reviews here. Small location with limited seating but a nice joint to catch news and two games at once. Came for the all you can eat boneless wings which come breaded. A massive side of fries is included in the cost. Louis '92 is good but quite mild. Honey Cajun is good and sweet. Couldn't make it to the second batch but you more or less get your money's worth on the first basket, given the regular price is pretty close and the portions are big.
