This is something you wouldn't often see in other establishments - never mind during these COVID-19 days. However, the manager and staff greet and treat you so well, whether or not you make a purchase. I am always so impressed with Long & McQuade. I have used both locations, today I was in the North location. I needed my saxophone serviced as it was having some issues. Kimberly had a look and gave it a test drive and with all of her knowledge I got some great insight to what the issue was. It was me playing with too low of a reed level. It wasn't the saxophone itself. It is so nice to be in an environment where you aren't trying to be upsold, or misinformed and treated so respectfully but someone who is clearly far more experienced and knowledgable than I am. Thank you L&M again for great service and excellent staff!

I always go to this store to rent and I was in today trying to figure out a rental and even from before I got in the store,TYLER one of the sales persons there was so helpful. I personally work in a customer service role at my job and let me just say this is one of the few times that I genuinely feel like a sales person had truly gone above and beyond to help me out. Exceptional customer service that makes you want to keep coming back! It’s the same with each and every one of their stores and this being the closest to where I live (Airdrie) makes me very happy! I’ve purchased, made a return, and traded-in instruments at this branch and each and every time the process has been extremely pleasant for me! Shout out to Tracey Newmann for being extremely patient, fair, and helpful for the couple of times I had to trade in some equipment! Beautiful building, clean showroom, excellent COVID-19 protocols, friendly and helpful staff that goes beyond call of duty! Highly recommended place to shop for all your musical instrument needs!

Darcey and Tyler were super, duper, ultra helpful for choosing right guitars for my kids. My kids have been having lesson there for 8 months so I often just went to the store to look around some instruments. Most staffs are kind and knowledgeable but Darcey and Tyler were above my expectations. If the store manager or the owner ever sees this comments, please give them some awards.
