I'd like to appreciate all the staffs in the program, especially Cici, Sharon, Savannah, and Hina. Every one is super nice to both kids and parents, always having smile on their faces, doesn't matter it's 7am or 5pm. The teachers are very patient to kids, try to focus on every single littles one and calm them, make them happy. My husband and I are very happy that we send our son to Willowbrae. I have also referred some other friends of mine to Willowbrae. Please keep doing what you are doing, and we are looking forward to transit to toddler class.
f	faye osiowy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because of my daughter's work schedule I often take my grandson to day care. Since he has been attending here it has been a nothing but a positive experience. Each and every employee at Willowbrae is friendly and loving toward him and very engaging with us as grandparents. They are genuine in their concern for each child's development and are very understanding of the often difficult two-year old moods. I would highly recommend Willowbrae if you want to have the peace that your child is being lovingly nurtured while you are at work.
F	Faryal A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so so so happy with this daycare facility. My toddler was enrolled at the Evanston location but I switched him to this one, and so glad I did. The director Emily and assistant director Annie, are both super involved with all the children and teachers. I love that, as it shows they care and enjoy their work environment. The staff are all amazing, miss Savannah and miss Kim are wonderful. Miss Savannah always offers my son breakfast even if we enter the building past the morning snack time. The food is excellent, there's lots of variety of fruits and vegetables being served. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Highly highly recommend this place!

She has spent her entire life (which means for 3 years) only with her mommy at home. it's about time to go to Daycare. Be ready for pre-school. Very first time for me to send her daycare. I have had many interviews, and I finally chose Willowbrae Royal Oak. A first day and first week, I guess my daughter was a bit anxious. Actually I was nervous as well. In a second week and a third week, my daughter cried a lot. I really appreciate the teachers at Royal Oak Willowbrae. They are so patient and professional. They know how to help a little girl who has zero experience on fellowship to accept being a group. It's been almost two month since my daughter went to Royal Oak Willowbrae. I told you that I was nervous, but now I don't feel nervous at all. My daughter gets fully adapted. There are two main reasons that I want to recommend sending your children to Royal Oak Willowbrae. #1, Variety of good quality activities with teachers. My daughter loves painting, bubbling, scissoring, and so on. #2, Teacher's report. At the end of day, I do receive a report from my daughter's teacher. It shows my daughter's all schedule during the day. For example, What kind of activity she did, and snack she ate. When she took a nap and for how long. I love this report. Thanks again Royal Oak Willowbrae for taking care of my daughter.
Y	Yuejiao Hu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ January 2022 Update: Since the pandemic and management changes, we are not very impressed with Willowbrae Royal oak handling covid spread. It is disappointing. Therefore I am lowering the rating from 5 to 3 star. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After comparing a few daycare in the neighborhood, we are happy to find Willowbrae Royal oak. The things make a difference for us are - nice and big space both indoor and outdoor for the kids to play, windows with lots natural light; cribs for babies; on site kitchen and cook takes care of my kid's food allergy; caring staff; real time camera access. It is a bit more expensive than average daycare cost, but I feel it's worth the extra.
R	Rocky Mountain RMT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Major security concerns, door was left open into parking lot very often, was supposed to be a fingerprint access but never worked properly. Switch to new management was handled extremely poorly. No shade in the play area. Maybe the concerns have been addressed, but too many strikes for me to feel safe with my child there sadly.

The teachers are excellent and very friendly. My kids love to go there and have so much fun there. I will definitely recommend this day care to my friends!

Despite the very challenging circumstances due to covid, the staff have been amazing and I feel they have been doing everything in their power to keep things running as smoothly as possible. Our girls have settled in well, they love their teachers, and I feel confident they are safe, having fun, and learning while they are there. My husband and I have been impressed with the focus on physical activity, creative play, and healthy eating as a part of the Willowbrae programming.
