Les appartes sont très propres, rénovés, les voisins sont amiables, bonne insonorisation, piscine intérieure, stationnement... bref je suis vraiment satisfait

PREMIÈREMENT:Vous ne m'avez pas "expulsé",je me suis séparée d'avec mon ancien conjoint je suis donc partie de mon plein gré.
DEUXIÈMEMENT:Vous et vos hommes de main (Gilles Lemoine) entrez dans les logements sans notre consentement,que l'on sois couché
dans notre lit ou que l'on sois absents,vous n'hésitez pas a mettre la clef dans les serrures de vos locataires non pas pour de réel urgences mais pour de banales raisons.
TROISIÈMEMENT:Se sont les autres locataires qui n'étais pas respectueux envers moi.L'alcoolique qui habitait en dessous de chez moi me harcelait jour et nuit et juste avant,c'étais une escorte avec deux chihuahuas qui jappaient sans cesse et elle mettais également de la musique extrêmement forte avec base.
QUATRIÈMEMENT:Vous faites des travaux à l'année longue à partir de 6h le matin et ne prenez aucunement en compte la jouissances paisible des lieux.Je souhaite a vos locataires actuels que vos travaux sont terminés ou le seront bientôt car personellement,j'ai vécu un enfer.
Et soyez reconaissant que je n'aborde pas les autres sujets car oui,il y en avais bel et bien d'autres.
Ps:Avez vous encore des machines a lavé a 2.75 de la brassé et des sèches linge au même prix qui ne sèchent qu'après deux payages (donc 5.50$ pour une brassé) ???
Je ne recommande à personne d'aller habiter dans vos logements.

FIRST: You did not "kick" me out, I separated from my former partner so I left of my own free will.
SECOND: You and your henchmen (Gilles Lemoine) enter the accommodation without our consent, whether we are lying down
in our bed or that we are absent, you do not hesitate to put the key in the locks of your tenants not for real emergencies but for trivial reasons.
THIRD: It was the other tenants who were not respectful towards me.The alcoholic who lived downstairs from me harassed me day and night and just before, it was an escort with two chihuahuas who barked incessantly and she put also extremely loud music with base.
FOURTH: You do work all year round from 6 a.m. in the morning and do not take into account the peaceful enjoyment of the place. I wish your current tenants that your work is finished or will be soon because personally, I have lived through hell.
And be grateful that I did not touch on the other subjects because yes, there were indeed many others.
Ps: Do you still have machines that have washed at 2.75 per load and dryers at the same price which only dry after two payings (so $ 5.50 for one load) ???
I do not recommend anyone to go and live in your accommodations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ça fait 3 ans que je suis en appartement et je suis très satisfaite. Bien rénové, bien insonorisé. Immeuble propre, bien situé, on peut prendre le bus directement en bas de l’immeuble, à proximité de tout. Gilles et Alexandra sont à l’écoute de nos besoins.
I've been in an apartment for 3 years and I'm very satisfied. Well renovated, well soundproofed. Clean building, well located, you can take the bus directly below the building, close to everything. Gilles and Alexandra listen to our needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vous déménager avant la date promis, surveillez vous car il entre dans votre loyer sans votre permission. ils font même des rénos sans votre consentement aussi, même si vous avez payé le mois au complet. je recommande pas Logis Bélanger.
If you move before the promised date, watch yourself because it enters your rent without your permission. they even do renovations without your consent too, even if you paid the full month. I do not recommend Logis Bélanger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a déménagé il y a un peu moins d’un an dans un grand 3 1/2 à air ouverte (à l’origine c’était un 4 1/2 qu’ils ont transformé). L’appartement est entièrement rénové et incroyablement bien insonorisé. Les espaces communs sont très bien entretenus. Et les gens qui habitent l’immeuble sont discrets, tranquilles et chaleureux.
La qualité du service est excellente. Le personnel est professionnel, efficace et vraiment sympathique. Il est possible de les rejoindre pratiquement en tout temps, et honnêtement, ils répondent presque instantanément. Les rares fois où j’ai eu un problème, il a été réglé dans un délai qui dépassait mes attentes.
Le logement est équipé d’une chute à dechet, et ne on réalise pas à quel point c’est pratique avant d’en avoir une! Bref je recommande Logis Belanger sans hésiter.
We moved a little less than a year ago to a large open-air 3 1/2 (originally it was a 4 1/2 that they converted). The apartment is completely renovated and incredibly well soundproofed. The common areas are very well maintained. And the people who live in the building are discreet, quiet and warm.
The quality of service is excellent. The staff are professional, efficient and really friendly. You can reach them virtually anytime, and honestly, they respond almost instantly. On the rare occasion that I had a problem, it was resolved within a timeframe that exceeded my expectations.
The accommodation is equipped with a waste chute, and you don't realize how practical it is until you have one! In short, I recommend Logis Belanger without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lorsque vous déménagez de leurs appartements, assurez vous que si vous vendez des meubles et les laisse la bas pour le suivant, des les avertir. Ils envoie leur concierge après les déménagement pour vider les appartements et vendre des meubles neuf pour se faire du profit. Surtout qu'ils rentrent dans des appartements louer sans avertir personne. J'ai eu beaucoup de problème avec eux et eu droit à des insultes car je n'avais pas de date exacte de déménagement. Faites attentions avec eux et soyer prudent avec vos affaires.
Pour répondre à votre réponse: Vendre des meubles sans même avoir demander si ils appartenaient à quelqu'un, c'est du vol. Même si les appartements vous appartiennent, si les locataires avaient emménagé 1h après que je sois partie, vous seriez rentrer dans leur logement sans pré avis de 24h? Si vous voulez faire suite à mes propos, allez y. Je n'ai pas de problème avec cela. Je connais mes droits. Mes propos ne sont aucunement mensonger et encore moins discriminatoire. Lorsque j'ai écris à votre concierge ayant reconnu mon ancien meuble, il m'a bloquer. Il devait clairement avoir quelque chose à se reprocher. J'ai des preuves de tout et de chacun de nos e-mails échanger. Les locataire qui prenait mon bail était au courant que je ne connaissais pas encore la date de mon départ et était très en paix avec cela. C'est étrange que lorsque je vous ai mentionner ne pas avoir peur d'aller à la régis du logement vous avez arrêter de vous obstiner. Faites attention à vos locataires s'il vous plait et soyer respectueux, c'est tout ce que je vous demande.
