This company went above and beyond to accommodate us so I could complete my job. A BIG THANK YOU to the owners and their employees for the excellent customer service.

The new management team has clearly made an effort to streamline the rental process with new procedures, the ability to work over email, and accept scans for ID. You can do most of the setup for a rental quite easily online then just show up and pick up your tools and get to work.
Recently I needed to do some landscaping including removing some really big old lilac stumps. The crew at Action Rental pointed me to a mini excavator, delivered it to my home, taught me how to use it, and took it away-- all at a resonable cost with no hassle at all.
I couldn't be more pleased with the staff and service.
