★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 - Pas de confirmation de réservation (faite une semaine à l'avance), j'ai dû appeler pour être sûr que c'était bien réservé.
2 - Lors de mon appel pour prendre des infos, j'ai précisé la date de location (un samedi). On m'a donné le tarif journalier sans me préciser qu'ils ne récupéraient pas l'équipement le samedi en fin de journée. Ce n'est que 2 jours avant qu'on m'informe de ce "détail". Je n'avais plus le temps de changer mes plans, j'ai donc payé pour 2 jours sans en avoir l'utilité.
3 - Ils m'ont livré un équipement de la gamme inférieure à celui que j'avais réservé, sans m'aviser. Pourtant 2 jours avant on me confirmait ma réservation par téléphone (suite à mon appel).
4- Ils ont oublié de mettre à jour la facture suite au changement de gamme.
5 - Par téléphone on m'avait annoncé 110$ de livraison / récupération. À la facturation c'était 150$.
Edit: voilà qu'ils m'envoient une facture pour remplissage de gasoil alors que j'ai rendu la machine avec la même quantité de gas à savoir 1/4 du réservoir. Échec jusqu'au bout !
Si vous faites affaire avec eux, un seul conseil: mettez tout par écrit. Prenez toutes les infos par courriel.
1 - No booking confirmation (made a week in advance), had to call to make sure it was booked.
2 - When I called for information, I specified the rental date (a Saturday). I was given the daily rate without telling me that they did not collect the equipment on Saturday at the end of the day. It's only 2 days before I'm informed of this "detail". I had no more time to change my plans, so I paid for 2 days without having any use for it.
3 - They delivered me equipment of the lower range than the one I had reserved, without notifying me. Yet 2 days before I was confirmed my reservation by phone (following my call).
4- They forgot to update the invoice following the change of range.
5 - By phone I was told $110 delivery / recovery. When billed it was $150.
Edit: now they send me an invoice for refilling diesel when I returned the machine with the same amount of gas, namely 1/4 of the tank. Fail to the end!
If you do business with them, one piece of advice: put everything in writing. Take all the info by email.
