We called them to service our lift-truck. Their technicians are not qualified.
The technician came and inspected the lift truck. He then called on a battery replacement. We did it and paid $1300 for the job. Nothing changed. The lift truck was as bad as it was before the service was done.
We called them to let them know. They challenged us so we called Chariots GCS, another company, to service our lift-truck.
It took them 10 minutes to fix it. It was loose contacts that the MCF technician never even noticed. That';s the first thing you check!!!
They are now saying that we were not "nice" with them... what a joke! They did a bad job, they don't even admit they did and they expect us to talk to them gently... never again will we use this company for our equipment. I strongly suggest you stay away from them. Call Chariots GCS, they know what they are doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They came to fix our lift truck. It cost us $1300.00 to get a battery cell replaced when that wasn't the issue. The lift-truck was still having problems after the fix. Finally we got another service company in, they checked the lift truck and they found the problem was loose contacts. No battery issue. MCF never even checked the contacts, a simple point that was overlooked and cost us $1300.00 for nothing. Their personel is not qualified. I strongly recommend you stay away from this company.
Addition: We called Chariots GCS. They confirmed that whatever work was done by MCF was completely unecessary. They found that the problem was loose contacts. Funny that the qualified technician sent by MCS didn't find this small issue. I guess a routine check of contacts is not something they do when servicing your 26 year old lift truck???
