★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if I could rate a 10, I would. I have to say that Roxanne tops my list by far. She definitely enjoys what she does and puts pride into her work. The flower arrangements this lady put together for my spouse’s grave is gorgeous. Ive gotten many compliments in the past week. I’ve bought and received many flowers over the years, but never have I seen such beautiful and colourful arrangements. When you walk into her shop, you feel welcome. It has this touch of charm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roxanne herself is an extremely generous and helpful proprietor. Her Customer Service is exceptional. She had her husband deliver my flowers for my Friend's 75th Birthday on a Sunday. My Special 75th Birthday Friend has already called Roxanne to say how beautiful her bouquet is. Roxanne even called me on a Sunday morning at 9:00 AM to say she had contacted my Friend and the flowers would be delivered within the half hour. Such service is above and beyond what is expected. And the fact that the flowers were exceptional is amazing. A very heartfelt thanks to Roxanne.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this place. As it is so stressful trying to plan a wedding in a pandemic, when places make it even more stressful for you is never fun.
Called this place over a week ago, no one answered. Left a voicemail with a message, and no one got back to me.
Than called again, and spoke to a lady who did not seem she wanted to talk. She asked the date of my wedding, which is in a couple of months and right away told me she wasn't available and ended it right there without being more accommodating or referring me to someone else in the area as to I am not to familiar with the area.
At the end of it, I just felt like the person I spoke to was very cold and not helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely beautiful arrangement..I chose the stems and 'Roxanne' worked her magic...I wasn't charged for the hydrangeas as she didn't think they were fresh enough..but I wanted them to add the touch of blue for a pre-wedding dinner...these photos are after 5 days...
