Location 4 Saisons

We rented the "Chalet Refuge sur Lac Bord de l'eau" chalet and it was stunningly beautiful. The place was clean, well furnished, and could easily accommodate our large group of young adults for our annual ski trip! The built in hot tub was great as well! The drive to the Mont-Tremblant resort was not that bad either. They even had someone come out to plow and sand our driveway so we could make it out easily! Any questions or concerns we had were answered immediately.

Repeating a review that was posted not too long ago by another person that went to the same trip with me to reiterate how extremely terrible this experience was. Not only do they continue to ignore my emails (Kasandra) but they will not offer any assistance or compensation for the horrible experience we had. What a waste of money. Low quality chalets and low quality service. If i could I would give this cottage 0 stars I would. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever witnessed and experienced. We had arrived for a bachelorette weekend and had 14 people with us. When we arrived there was absolutely no wifi (not connection at all), even though in their ad it says there is wifi. If we wanted we could have went camping outdoors if that was what we were looking for. We had called a minimum of 10 times and not only were we responded to with being rushed off the phone and saying we would recoeve a call back for a follow up. Nothing was ever done. We were the ones to call back after many hours for wifi to be fixed, as well as being greeted to a dirty hottub and hottub jets not working, broken toilet that flooded and did not flush properly (poop flooded everywhere). For one day there was no electricity due to the rain- however our phone calls were made the day before this had all happened and nothing had been done. We had called for candles and flashlights as well since there was no electricity, and the fridge, toilet and water were not working - this was never even given to us even though they said someone would come by. In the end the wifi was never fixed or looked at for the 3 days we were there. We were told many times it would be resolved and someone will be sent over to take a look. It was complete and utter lies as nothing had been done and it wasn't in "their hands." Either in your ad do not post that you offer wifi and working hottub when this is not the case, or offer and fix the things that need to be fixed before posting your false ad. Not only did we make a complaint by email, but also on Facebook and after the comment was posted on Facebook it had been deleted. Never again will I ever pay to stay there. I wouldn't complain if they actually reached out and addressed our concerns and disappointment, but they haven't even done their part in doing so. Also thought I'd mention that via email Kasandra let me know they were "low staff on weekends." Its a chalet..people rent them for weekends..why on earth are you providing lies saying your low staff especially during the summer on ling weekends when you're fully booked? If you insist on lying, at least provide a reasonable one instead of making Location4Saison even more low quality than it already is. DO NIT BOOK HERE. STICK TO AIRBNB.

Booking was very straight forward. Every time I called for information the team was helpful. The chalet was perfect for me and my group. The kitchen is well equipped. Cosy and comfortable. Lovely location. Good hot tub. I'd recommend it and I would absolutely return.

The mini getaway to Chalet Bonita was fabulous! The staff took care of our needs and exceeded way beyond our expectations with a surprise upgrade!!! My family very much enjoyed the chalet's space, pool table and especially the hot tub in the winter scenery. We look firward to going back soon!!

We stayed at Chalet Zaltana (2 couples with 4 kids) during Christmas break 2019. The management company, Location4saisons, was wonderful in working with us to rent this chalet due to unforseen circumstances with our previous reservation. The chalet was in a beautiful location -- 30 minute drive from Mont-Tremblant. PROS: Chalet was beautiful. Bedrooms were spacious as well as the bathrooms. Great location. Hot tub was a fabulous bonus. Dining room was able to accommodate all 8 of us comfortably. Spacious game room with bedroom and full bathroom off game room. Everyone was able to have their own private space. Furniture was nice. As stated, great location -- 30 minute drive from Mont-Trembant ski resort. CONS: Refrigerator was way too small for a party of 8 for food. Kitchen was stocked nicely with dishes and pots and pans, however, it lacked in storage containers and mixing bowls. Also lacking in drinking glasses (although we had plastic cups). Heat in house was by radiant heat only. Radiant heat was ok when it was 30 - 40 degrees F, but when it got cold and windy up on the mountain, it wasn't enough and the house was very cold. There were space heaters but we did not feel comfortable using them for an extended period of time. And the breaker in the kitchen kept tripping when we put the space heater on. Garbage can in kitchen needs to be bigger to accommodate large parties -- only had a small can under the kitchen sink which we had to empty after every meal.

We have a group of families that have been skiing together for the past 8 years (except 2021, due to covid restrictions). Location 4 Saisons chalets have been excellent each and everytime we decide to stay with them. We have tried a few other private chalets but everytime our group wants to go back to the chalets of Location 4 Saisons. Our favourite by far is the Phoenix, its a bit further from Mont Blanc(40min) and Tremblant(30min) but it is worth the drive for all of us. The chalets are beautiful and set in a stunning countryside. We enjoy the spacious common rooms to play pool or board games, relaxing by the fire. We look forward to returning in 2022

My 3rd time renting with Location 4 Saisons. The booking process was very straight forward, helpful staff and no weird fees. The properties we stayed at were all superb. Very well maintained and professionally managed. Will definitely book again.

Great place ! Great spot ! Chalet Martine (#46) is spacious, comfortable, with 5 beds (4 of them are least queen sized). Kitchen has every basic appliances: oven, coffee machine, microwave, fridge. Dining room can accomodate 8 to 10 people. Patio has a barbecue and spa for at least 4 adults. 3 bathrooms with bath and shower takes care of trafic. Spacious living room has 2 couches and one very comfortable armchair close to the fireplace. Downstairs: 3 couches, 50 inch tv, pool table. Close to ski venues and not far from convenience stores. Cellular service is very good. A few misses: terrible satellite internet speed makes streaming Netflix a frustrating experience. Basic Bell satellite package is VERY basic: it doesn't have sport channels. Plenty of hot water... but so-so water pressure. Overall: close to paradise! Highly recommended!
