B	B “Stripes” M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop for pet supplies and other pet needs like collar etc. The only place I take my dog to get groomed. They do a great job grooming in general, but with my goldendoodle she is especially difficult to trim her nails and Lobos Pet Palace take extra care and effort with her nails. Thanks!
L	Leila Arian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People leave their pets and based on their hair cut they assume the gromer who performed it was great but in reality they are not being treated with kindness and professionalism. I personally insisted on staying and did observe the cruelty and harshness anyone could have with these beautiful pets since I was early for my dog’ appointment. Please don’t just leave them there based on what they say oh they get nervous so and so... they can’t talk so be there for them and speak up if they are not being treated with kind gestures. I wouldn’t take my dog nor should you until they learn how to either love what they do or just don’t get any business at all.

Both people working were supper helpful and very knowledgeable about the products that they had and made great recommendations.From now on I will only be shopping here for my pup ! Highly recommend!!!

My dog looks forward to two going to see Lorna and she always promises him play time. I highly recommend Lobos Pet Palace. They are very knowledgeable about products and if they don't have what you want they will get it for you. Can't say enough positives about Lobos
g	geoff tomlinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has the best grooming service I have ever been experienced. I have own full sized collies and shelties for 50 years. I have 2 shelties now and one of them is very fearful of groomers, vets, etc. Lobos actually takes the time to settle him. He's treated with the same respect and love that I give my dogs. It's simply what I've always been looking for in a groomer and never been able to find. My dogs are not treated as a revenue source but as members of my family. On top of that the cost is much cheaper than most groomers and certianly much cheaper than Petsmart. And they know what they are doing. Shelties are hard dogs to groom, they shouldn't just have their chests shaved down, which makes them look rediculous. If I could give Lobos 6 stars I would. I also buy absolutely everything I can in the Petstore. Try them out, you won't regret it.

I had a similar experience with my baby and he has never been scared of any other groomer before or since. Unfortunately I think they might not be treating your pets kindly when you’re away… on top of this they are not doing a good job at all! I wouldn’t recommend this place

The staff are extremely happy to help find the right item, and had excellent recommendations for exactly what I needed for my rescue tripod Jeff. It is a small store with a big heart. Jeff even got a free chew treat as a reward for being such a brave rescue dog. Plus, as a bonus, you might hear their African Grey say a few things. I don't live in the area, but if I did, I would be a regular customer. It helped reaffirm that there are amazingly kind and wonderful people in the world. I forgot to get the names of the couple, but thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so nice.
