J'allais depuis des annĂ©es acheter mes articles de pĂȘche "rien qui pouvait ĂȘtre cassĂ© " premiĂšre expĂ©rience avec un retour de matĂ©riel brisĂ© dont j'ai fait trĂšs attention et on me traite quasiment de menteur !!!!! Hahahahh si y savait combien y va perdre d'argent juste avec moi ! J'aurrais depensĂ© sĂ»rement le double la journĂ©e mĂȘme ! !!! Fini je vais aller dans un magasin style sail c dommage je suis du genre a encouragĂ© local et payer plus cher (avoir essayĂ© les deux vraiment plus cher chez lm) mais bon ma sauver de l'argent pis je me ferai pas traiter en sans dessins pis me dire de m'arranger avec mes troubles
 Totally agree with the comment to Nicolas Foisy very similar experience! I had been going for years to buy my "nothing that could be broken" fishing tackle, first experience with a return of broken equipment which I was very careful about and I was almost treated as a liar !!!!! Hahahahh if y knew how much money is going to lose just with me! I would have surely spent double the same day! !!! I'm going to go to a sail c style store too bad I'm the type encouraged local and pay more (having tried both really more expensive at lm) but hey save my money and I will not be treated without drawings and tell me to deal with my troubles

En fait, peut-ĂȘtre aurez-vous une expĂ©rience acceptable si vous ne tombez PAS sur le propriĂ©taire de la boutique. Ou peut-ĂȘtre aurez-vous une expĂ©rience acceptable tant et aussi longtemps que vous ne rentrez pas dans la boutique pour vous faire rembourser (mĂȘme quelques jours seulement aprĂšs votre achat) car ca ne va prendre que quelques secondes pour que vous compreniez que vous allez ressortir de la boutique sans avoir pu Ă©changer votre matĂ©riel.
Ne vous inquiĂ©tez pas, le propriĂ©taire va trouver une excuse pour ne pas vous faire l'Ă©change et vous referez au manufacturier, tout cela avec un air EXTRĂMEMENT INSULTANT ET NARGUANT. Soyez en certains, il va vous dire que c'est votre faute et va vous le dire explicitement, mĂȘme si vous lui donnez les explications honnĂȘtes (quand vous n'auriez thĂ©oriquement mĂȘme pas besoin d'en donner)
Si vous ne voulez qu'acheter, allez-y et priez pour ne pas que votre matériel soit défectueux!
Bref, à évitez si vous voulez vivre une bonne expérience et un bon service d'aprÚs vente (surtout).

In fact, maybe you will have an acceptable experience if you do NOT run into the shop owner. Or maybe you will have an acceptable experience as long as you don't come back to the store for your refund (even just a few days after your purchase) as it's only going to take a few seconds for you to understand that you are going. leave the store without having been able to exchange your equipment.
Don't worry, the owner will find an excuse not to trade you in and you will refer to the manufacturer, all with an EXTREMELY INSULATING AND TAMING air. Be certain, he'll tell you it's your fault and tell you explicitly, even if you give him the honest explanations (when you theoretically don't even need to)
If you just want to buy, go ahead and pray that your hardware isn't broken!
In short, avoid if you want a good experience and a good after-sales service (especially).

The sellers know very well all kinds of fishing (bass, rainbow trout, speckled, Muskellunge ect ..). Super welcoming personal. Low prices.
