★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service . Every time we go there its atleast 1 to 2 hour wait even with appointment. We went there only twice and we were certain to change our family doctor. I really do not recommend this place but its up to people .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is good. However out of my last 4 visits mostly with kids 4out of 4 I had to wait 1 hour passing the my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT time. First you would wait seating area and then inside the room for another half hour or so. Visible problem is the walking practice while you book back to back appointments. If you ask front desk the girl would say doctor is running late... do you want to wait or rescheduled... which may be in another 2 weeks. This is how bad doctors and quantity if patients in surrey BC. CITY HAS TO LICENSE at 10 more GPs for the influx of population in this area. Even you don't like you don't have much options around here as all clinics are full and none accept new patients.

Every time I call to book an appointment to see the doctor in person the reception always says they'll talk to doctor first and they'll say we'll call you by the end of the day and they don't call you until 2 days after you call and talked to them and even they don't call until you call and they'll say actually we talked to the doctor and they doctor said no they said send me picture which they're lying they don't even talk to her, but if someone bring the doctor coffee she'll come out to see them. I know someone who saw her in person but when called to see her in person she declined she prefers and chooses people who to see. Overall the reception people think themselves they are something big and have big job but they are nothing.
