The worst clinic you could go to. terrible receptionists who don't want to help, And you basically deal with student doctors only. They try and push all the patients to the students and they become extremely rude when you ask for your Dr.

Very Rude. I wanted to ask a question, but she put me on hold for over 10 minutes. When she finally answered, she was very rude, and told me I can't come in without me explaining why I contacted them. If there is a 0 star review, this clinic deserves it.

This clinic is worst clinic I have ever seen. First you need to wait almost 1 hour on phone to book an appointment then almost wait 1:30-2 hours for doctor and booking 4 patients in 15 minutes even doctor take 20-25 minutes on one patient. Worst MOA doing racism, treating old patients nice and new one just throwing

My daughter had a pretty concerning health issue this weekend, after calling the clinic the receptionist confirmed our intake. We checked in and sat in the waiting area for almost 30 minutes when the receptionist came up and said the doctor could not see us and that he had an emergency. A couple with 2 young children overheard the discussion and informed us that it happened to them 2 times in a row and they were worried about it happening again. There is something very strange happening in that clinic and after our experience I would like to give 0 stars. This needs to be looked into.

The rudest reception service you can ever get. They lie and are never willing to help. They cut the line while the conversation is on and ignore you when you call back. The doctor is very efficient but we are compelled to put up with this rude front desk team. I have seen them treat many seniors with disrespect and they have no sense of courtesy.

This clinic has come a long way in the last few years, booking appointments online definitely helps and gives them more time to answer calls. Dr Lalri is a very caring doctor who makes sure the patient comes first. He is not quick to prescribe medication and gets down to the root of the problem before prescribing. He is by far the best doctor I have ever had.

I have never written a review, good or bad, for a restaurant, a hotel, or any types of services in my entire life. I am now writing one as I am incredibly disappointed and irritated by the treatment we've been receiving from Dr. Eva. My family has been coming to this clinic since it opened. We liked it as it's clean and we had very good interactions with the first doctor that we saw, Dr. Eva. For this reason, we decided to make him our family doctor. Fast forward to the past few months, Dr. Eva has me questioning why he became a doctor in the first place. My mother has been coming to him persistently for the same problem. Sometimes, it would be his resident who assessed her and sometimes it would be him. The resident did a better job asking questions and assessing her physically than him. He barely asks questions. He does not explain what medication he prescribes and what it is for. He literally asks if we are covered for physio every single damn time we see him even though we have told him, repeatedly, that physio did not help; the physiotherapist had to insist that we see our family doctor again as he did not see improvements for my mother's pain despite having gone through multiple sessions. I see the doctors recording our information every time on their computer - how did this not get recorded? Moreover, Dr. Eva seems to want to rush the sessions. I don't know if he's trying maximize the amount of patients he can treat per day for monetary reasons or what, but I'm so frustrated by the level of care. My correction, by the absolute lack of care. On a recent occasion, he even raised his voice to us after we explained to him that the pain is getting worse, not better. We were very perplexed by this as we did not mean to criticize him at all - we did not raise our voice, we did not use malicious language, we were just... talking, in a very neutral tone. We were frankly confused as to why he reacted that way. We are your patients. We are not idiot or children. We have the right to our medical information, the right to understand why you're prescribing a certain drug, why you're sending us to get a certain test, the right to ask questions if we do not understand what you're doing, and you have the responsibility not to only treat us but also keep us informed. It is our body that we're entrusting you with after all. I am writing this review, not to blame Dr. Eva for failing to treat my mother. I simply do not have the medical background to evaluate his treatment. I am writing this review however, to express my utter disappointment and frustration regarding the treatment he has been giving us. If Dr. Eva is reading this, do better. As a human, and as a doctor.

Probably the worst clinic I have been to. The hours are not consistent. It might seem easier to book a phone call appointment but it's not. You'll sit there waiting for a phone call that never comes. Then after complaining I get a phone call only to have them book me into an in person appointment. A week later I have another phone appointment. This time they call as expected. Said they will fax the new script to my pharmacy. But instead sit on it for 2 days. I'm going to start looking into getting a different family doctor. Shouldn't be too hard to find one that's even slightly better than this place. If you do happen to go in for an in person appointment, prepare yourself to wait an extra 40-50min past your actual scheduled appointment. Avoid if you can!
