Bought the foundation sealant product. Worked well, stopped the moisture coming in. Had to make sure it was dry first. Happy so far

Decided to try their products with a leaky flat roof over my front porch. Started by using their seam tape (which was super sticky) then finished with their black waterproof sealant. So far no leaks have occurred this winter and my handy work is nearly invisible, super happy with the products!

Last fall I had Liquid Rubber installed on my flat roof garage that had been leaking since I bought the house 12 years ago, this was the first spring that the roof has not leaked!!!! Great product!

I was very impressed with Tim at the Oakville location. He helped me with several questions and processed my order promptly to make sure i had the products needed for a time sensitive deadline.

Absolutely rubbish. Have lost 150 dollars laying down 2 coats of liquid rubber. Temperature 18 Celsius sunshine, conplitedly dried surface. It dried quick and well and I was happy with the final coat days later to see it falling down and peeling. This is not rubber like they make you believe it waste of money.

This company do not back their products. They will find little mistakes you make and blame on you. I bought a few 5 gallons bucket to waterproof my pond. I follow their website recommendations but if you miss some details. They will say your fault and there nothing they can do for you. I applied on my at least 5 layer and make sure clean and dried and give enough time to each layer to dry. I let thoroughly dried (2 weeks) before fill with water. After 1 week later bubbles forms every inch except the part not hit by the sun. Check out the picture below to see you want to make the mistakes I made. The worst part is not wasting money on this junk product and time to apply it on; I'ts even harder to take it off. It cost me over $1000 put in on. Now I have spend money strip completely off which I figure will take 3 to 4 days. If your application does not face water and sun, it might work, doubt it. This company is a hole in the wall operation which you can GOOGLE it. These guys will be gone tomorrow. I don't think they have to resource to backup anything. You can buy similar products cheaper and better at Home Depot or Lowes.

I don't often offer many reviews but I have been impressed with the customer service at this company. I just finished the project so no sense if the product will meet expectations, but very responsive support desk. Unusual for the times since Covid has made many companies struggle to live up to even baseline service and responsiveness.
