★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive made the circuit in both Port Hope and cobourg - Lily nails is the best for customer service and quality workmanship! fast , same or better pricing than competitors, and walk ins welcome! others appear to have gotten caught up in the whole "make an appointment" and then overbook, and you are there for 3 hrs. Not Lilly nails - in and out in an hour. cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ found out they over charged me by telling me they put one kind of nails on mine and it was another kind...not happy, or impressed...I was charged $98 for acrylic and was told it was bio gel nails...they took advantage...that was the third time I went to them and the price increased each time....not impressed and will NEVER go there again.

Dirty atmosphere sink that doesn’t drain properly for customers to wash their hands, the same nail file and buffer pads are used on all customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had my first gel nail extensions put on here, plus followup fill-ins and nail art. They have always done an excellent job. I have not been in for a while related to Covid restrictions and my caution. I hope to get an appointment in the next 2 weeks.
