You shouldn’t be charging people full price, that’s just wrong, taking advantage of people who don’t know any better. I didn’t know any better until I went to a much better place. You guys were the sweetest and I had no complaints but $160 for factory lashes? I paid $145 for a full hybrid set with hand made lashes at Ang’s lashes, and the lady gave me two eyelash spoolies, two cleaning brushes and all in this cute case. She also showed me the difference between factory lashes and handmade lashes so that this doesn’t happen to me again (even though I’ll be going there from now on) I will no longer be coming here. I loved it for a while and I didn’t mind the price, but they’re being completely unfair with their prices. However if you don’t really care about all of that, they are really sweet there, and if I hadn’t gotten told about the factory lashes I wouldn’t have noticed and probably would have kept going.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was met with friendly greetings and warm smiling eyes from the two ladies working. Melissa cut and styled my hair beautifully and both her and Sarah had me feeling the same level of comfort as those who have been a client for years. I left very satisfied with my hair, the price and the overall experience to the point where I will be sure to plan another visit the next time I'm passing through (which is often). Thank you so much my new friends

As someone who does not excel at anything makeup/beauty related, Kristen made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and I left feeling like a bombshell! I highly recommend Kristen’s “Artists Choice”. She knows exactly how to accentuate your features AND your personality with the perfect length, fullness and colour… YES… I said colour! (Who knew!?!) I am now proud to call myself a regular and look forward to every visit and the surprise of what Kristen has done when I look in the mirror! Thank you Kristen for giving me that boost of self confidence every time I walk out of the doors of Gloss Beauty Lounge ??

The space captures the historic element with full exposed brick walls, high ceilings and a cozy fireplace situated between two large windows overlooking the Ganaraska river! The Gloss Team is an eclectic group of girls offering a wide range of services at high standards. Well educated in their products (which are amazing and smell delicious!), but most importantly in their craft! Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they love what they do! The facials are so relaxing and my skin felt new and fresh again! Kristen, the owner, has a created a fun and welcoming environment for both her guests and team and is a great addition to our town! Treat yourself and go get glossed!

Her and ALL her staff are so incredibly kind and some of the sweetest human beings. When you walk in these girls make you feel so welcome and honestly like one of their friends. Ive been to other salons and have felt so uncomfortable by the behaviour of the workers just making me feel not welcomed. It's not like that at Gloss. Ive been getting eyelash extensions from Kristen at Gloss for several months now, her business was recommended to me and I'm so thankful for that recommendation. These lashes are so amazing any set I have had done has been such high quality. These lashes last way longer than any other ones I've had too!! The hour drive in is so worth it to go to this incredible lady and always will be. I HIGHLY recommend Gloss.
