★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst employers I have ever heard of, they treat their employees like garbage and hide it all. Very disrespectful, shame employees for any health concerns - specifically mental health, and offer no supports. They demand employees follow their rules, but then decide their rules do not apply when it is convenient for them - this exacerbates employees mental health difficulties when all they are trying to do is be a productive member of society.
I'm appalled this is still happening in our world today, especially with a greater understanding of mental health struggles, that are exacerbated and more prominent since the pandemic. Where is the community? The support? Basic decency?
