M	Maryam Sepehr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Varasteh is one of the best family doctors in Vancouver. She is so busy but she is responsible, kind, caring and acknowledged, also I am very satisfied with all doctors who are introduced by Dr.Varasteh. If I could give her and her secretory more than five stars, I would! I want to appreciate her and her recent kind secretory, dear Naghme, she is so organized and kind. They help me and my family a lot. They are highly recommended :)
S	Surrey heating on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i would give 0 star! but there is no 0 unfortunately!! the worse Dr and clinic ive ever Seen , heard and experienced . never answers our calls! my wife is crying because of pain! she doesn't know anything!and never told us whats wrong with her! if they give an appointment finally!!!!! she will be 1 hour late ! making you wait ( thats ridiculous) honestly i'd rather be in pain and not going to this DR

I was out on my medication from a month, I had been calling form weeks and there was no response. I got a call this morning stating that I can see the doctor on Feb 19th. Are you kidding me? I am out of my medication and she is asking me to come after 2 weeks. It is about someone's life and death, all I needed was only the prescription and I was given the date of Feb 19.. I have no problem With the doctor but the way this clinic is handling their patient is pathetic.
K	Katharine Hampson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Varasteh-Badri was extremely rude, did not listen, talked over me, and then hung up on me during our virtual appointment. She refused to refill my medications that I am out of (I now need to ask a pharmacy for emergency refills) because she did not have the time. I am appalled by her behaviour and attitude. She should not be a doctor or in any field that deals with the public.

The receptionist are never at their desk very rude and unwelcoming to the patients, when you call they don't pick up you'll have to call 4 or 5 times for them to answer. Also Dr. Varasteh never makes eye contact with you when you talk to her she's always staring at her computer and, is always uses a mic to take notes and she does it when you're trying to talk to her a explain your problems. A few days ago my mother had a video call with her so she could get refills for her medications, but 5 min into the call her phone rings and she hangs up the call with my mother and goes offline and doesn't come back. I tried to call to make another appointment for my mother they said the next appointment they give her is in 4 days my mother needs her medication she hasn't taken them in weeks. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable in any practice.
