★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have many experiences with the exchange, but by far, this one was the worst.
First, I call them to ask about their exchange rate for USD-CAD, that they refuse to answer and ask me to go in person for rate and change. That is so weird. But when I went there to change my money, they said ‘we don't buy today at all!!’
NO RESPECT for CUSTOMER’s TIME.
How do you run your business with this terrible customer policy??!!
Second, they treat me so bad and carelessly same as want to borrow money from them. So disrespectful.

First time it fell right off my neck for no reason I was just standing at work and I tried fixing it and the second time they fixed it and it broke again! Cheap quality for expensive price, I won’t be coming back here again even to fix it… rather go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bracelet at this shop a few months ago. I recently went there to inquire about selling it back. I was given a price that didn’t even cover the weight of the gold. I paid three times more when I bought it. Things are over priced and the owner doesn’t honour his own product.

Some time ago I bought a bracelet from this shop and a few days later the bracelet broke! I took it to the shop to be repaired, about 15 days later, when it was a long time to repair the bracelet, when I went to pick it up, the bracelet was repaired wrong !!! Despite the wrong repair, I was asked to pay for the repair! They insulted me and said rudely, "Do you want us to give you money? !!!" I was treated very irresponsibly and rudely, and in the end I left the store unhappy!!!
