Salamat Financial Services

This was the second experience at this financial services that I had. Unfortunately, both times I had the pleasure of meeting NAZANIN. She is the most unprofessional, rude, impolite person I have ever encountered with. On my first interact she wasn't just a bad teller with a horrifying attitude, she also didn't count money correctly and didn't give me my change back ( which was just a couple of dollars but for a financial services it brings their whole business and service under a big question mark. Cash handling is the most important and basic rule when you work in this industry.) And she obviously can't count cash. And when I corrected her mistake she yelled at me and did not give me my money back!!!!!! Second interaction happened today, she as a manager sat at the front desk and played on her phone without bothering to let us customers know that she is on her break, and when we asked her to assist us, she very rudely snapped at me and told me that she doesn't have to let the customer know that she is on her break. Like I should know it by watching her playing games on her phone. And when I asked her why she is not helping us she said it's none of anyone's business what I am doing. On the other hand on her "lunch break" she chose to help another customer who came in after me. The sad part is that I don't even know her to give her discriminating act the benefit of the doubt. On the other hand Nasim the teller was a great person that did not just provide a great service but she is very polite and helpful. Thank you so much! I hope your great personality and level of professionalism teach NAZANIN how she should be at work, if not that I hope it brings her horrific attitude some shame.

They value your business even small amount, as I said in previous comment we need professional business man like Salamat Currency exchange in north Vancouver.

I am not sure who these people are with negative comments; however, I have been dealing with Salamat exchange since 2001 with fantastic track record . Their service is fast , great rate, and staff are always friendly and professional. I am especially very grateful for my recent experience with them.

Very unusual system and I have good reasons to say that : 1-I went there few days ago and the rate was more than what they told me on the phone so I went there and the rate was more expensive than Coquitlam, Why?I don’t know 2-when you go there for the first time,they give you a form to fill up which is good and ok, but there is a question which is very unusual and the question is: Are you affiliated to any political group or system!!!, I talked to few professionals and they told me in Canada they are not supposed to ask question like that.It is illegal.

It was my first experience with Salamat Exchange. I shopped around to get the best rates. They offered me the best rate. Normally it takes 2 to 3 business days to received your money but with Salamat Exchange it took me less than one day! I’m very happy with their service and definitely recommend! Thanks

They are one the best financial service I ever seen. They are fast and trustable. I didn't meet them but I had a deal on the phone with them and they surprised me with their good rate and behavior. I suggest them to everyone who wants to transfer money around the world. Good luck

I had a couple of visits there, in busy days - when there is a line-up - it seems tellers are experiencing high pressure as customers always prefer to minimize their stay in any queue, however, all staff handle such situation pretty awesome as they made an effective team. I guess all staff are "probably" being paid well, and managers master their carrier, on the grounds that, I didn't see such a teamwork spirit in other exchange offices in the Lower Mainland, BC. Way to go Salamat staff and managers and thanks for your timely, accurate services !!

I’ve been with Salamat exchange for a while, I truly appreciate Sorour ,and her professional service. She puts a lot of effort to me, she is patiently solved my problem.
