★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their kabab is the tastiest Kabab that I have ever had in my life.The kabab melts in your mouth.Its even better than the ones in Iran.We have had guests come from Iran and try this place ,they were always amazed by how “Laziz” the kabab is .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some food for take out just recently and was greatly surprised by the low quality of both of the orders as well as the poor attitude of the customer rep, which happens to be the owner of this restaurant. Specifically, the guy was ridiculously rude by insisting that I show him photos of my mom from my cell phone! I talked to some Persian friends of mine and they all confirmed that this guy desperately hits on all the woman who visit there with the hope to get into their pants! What's really interesting is that when I told him my mom does not even live in this country, he insisted that he would still like to see her photos!!! In addition, I found the guy being really smelly to the point that you might think he doesn't have any concept of taking a shower at all! Bad restaurant, Bad customer service, and Bad food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, great service and good prices. The Kebabs (I specially like their Koobidehs) and their freshly baked bread is my favourite! Highly underrated. I would definitely recommend.
P.S.
I’m really surprised by the negative reviews. As far as my experience goes the owner has always been very polite so my guess is that someone is trolling their reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried the Koobideh and Mirza ghasemi and both were beyond expectations. The Koobideh was the best I had tried in Metro Vancouver. The shop design is not that attractive though, very simple and old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 3 koobide today before they opened the restaurant and I’m very impressed. Unlike other restaurants, the kabab was very fresh and yummy and they put a fresh onion and sumak as well.
It was my first time going there and will go there from now on.
