I was concerned about shipping to the States, and wondered if the quality would be as advertised. I asked questions, and Brian was very helpful. He made us feel very uncomfortable in the store and looked like he just wanted us to leave the second we walked in.. I still bought two pieces of jewellery because it was something I wanted. He was so miserable, didn’t say hi, rolled his eyes a lot and just overall and poor customer service. Won’t be coming back because his energy was so uncomfortable for no reason.
