★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've known the owners for years, and seen kids grow up through the program. Their students move on with confidence, and strong physical literacy.
I've also seen adults join the gym and transform themselves from unhappy and unhealthy people, to actual athletes. Probably for the first time in their life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since joining this gym, I’ve gained so much self confidence. The owners of this gym always look out for there students and care about them. Walking into the dojo, it’s full of love, passion and dedication to being the best gym they can be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We discover this place because they were hosting a BJJ competition.
I put 1 star only because you cannot go negative. 1) The place is big as my own garage and pretend to be a place to host hundreds of people
2) The competition was supposed to start at 12,00 and up to 2 pm they were still dealing the kids category.
3) They keep all the people outside postponing the event every half an hour showing a lack of time management skills that I never experienced before, worse without any sort of proper communication.
4) Fed up and out of my patience I went to complain and ask for a refund of my participation fee and they informed me that there was a NO refund fee IN PLACE (RED FLAG: it’s a confirmation they just care about MONEY!).
The policy could be in place if you miss the event voluntarily not if you have all the reasons to complain for their lack of organization
5) After my complain at least they get everyone warm inside: now that we are 200 people squeezed inside as sheep we can at least continue to wait and enjoy their total mess from inside.
Beside now that I’m inside, look at the picture I posted. This place should promote sport fairness not violence.
Definitely my worst experience ever, I feel like I was transported in the worse underground fighting place you see only in same sort of movies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for all you do to help children grow. You have been instrumental in helping with my children’s confidence and discipline. We love it here and no better place to send your kids. They are amazing!!! They have the best tournaments, they work really hard to make sure that all competitors are safe and fight in the correct division. They really are the best at what they do.

They genuinely care about each of the kids and the idea of life long friendships and community, something hard to find today.

The owner Vanessa is such a sweet heart and has such an amazing attitude and is so understanding and supportive! Thank you for allowing me to be apart of this environment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is amazing we are a family of 5 and we all train here . Something for everyone ❤️ Did I mention we even travel an hour one way 6 days a week to be here ? It’s 100% worth it.
We recently had our two boys do there first ever mauy Thai kickboxing event and we are so greatful for the time and effort that was put into putting it all together. Hosting events this size and this quality take lots of time and patience and I know the owners were greatful to everyone who showed up and had a good time .
