His training with mental focus and physical abilities helped my kids outperform in other sports that they learned after such as soccer, hockey, golf and badminton. Taekowndo can build a great athletic base when you learn from an excellent master like Master Ko. We are very lucky to have him in Calgary!

He genuinely cares for each and every one of his students and takes the time to ensure they all have a good experience. He is quite great at encouraging each and every person in our class to do better not only at the studio, but also to be better in our every day live with our family/friends, work and school. I highly recommend giving his studio a go!
