★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been training with Luis, Vanessa, Jay, and the rest of the team that’s based in the Muay Thai discipline within the gym for the past 3 years now. From day one it’s been an immediate home away from home, the energy and camaraderie is unlike any I’ve experienced in all prior sport endeavours I’ve partaken in. All the ideals they preach to the athletes they coach are ones that have helped immensely in my personal life. I really cannot imagine life without the family that’s been cultivated in the gym! A truly one of a kind place
