★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every class is amazing! Submit has really transformed me mentally and physically in so many great ways. Classes can be as hard as you want to push your self. The Support and knowledge from Chad combined with amazing skills in MMA and street defense are taught in a fun,welcoming, and safe environment. I highly recommend anyone in the Airdrie area to give this class a try and see if it is for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For anyone looking to have a great time, get a great workout, meet some great people, and get to learn some great self defence techniques Submit is all you could ask for. I've been going faithfully since I started 3 weeks ago and I am loving it! Chad is a really great at making it fun, keeping the intensity up, and really getting involved with all of the lessons. Every time I leave I feel like I've learned something new, and every time I go back for a new class I can really see improvements from last time I was there. Thanks Chad and everyone else there for making the class so enjoyable. I recommend it to everyone I can. There's nothing I look forward to more every week than going to Submit! See you all on Wednesday!
