They made a mistake on my wife's ultra sound schedule and asking my wife why she showed up weeks ahead. They even called in the morning to come hurry for it. And for what reason person was mad at my wife that we have done our anatomy scan somewhere else. It's our right to go anywhere and get it done. This place was never helpful from the beg. Worst service ever.

I just had a smooth experience with the Ultrasound today. The clinic is packed with people, however only if you had an appointment are you allowed in, to minimize the amount of people within. The examination toke only about 20 minutes, and the wait was about 10 minutes, so it was a quick in and out. Just wanted to say THANK YOU to Doctor Salma for the quick check up.

Went here for our baby’s ultra sounds. The first time i was able to face time to see and hear the heart beat. Second technician did not let us face time. Terrible taking away our moment.

My wife and me are having our first baby. We are super excited about it. We asked the ultrasound technician Salma to let me in for a second to see my baby and she did not reject me.Salma is one of the best persons I have ever met.

My experience at reception as walk in was great, got appointment for next morning. I took the 1st shot of the vaccine which didn't went smoothly for me, barely made it thru w antibiotics so i wanted to check my lungs to see if is safe or not to proceed further. Does anybody looks at the x-rays that are sent to Dr for diagnostics??? I have purchased mine online for 5$ at HealthPocket, got 2 views, front and side. If I could I would attach them here, as they are just in a terribly blended grey w no contrast to see the clearness or not of my lungs imagery.. every google on x-ray sample you search (healthy or not) shows the contrasting imaging of lungs. Now with Covid or w pneumonia we realize how important is to detect the blurry white-foggy clusters or aglomeration of whitish shades floating that are overtaking the lungs by these illneses and i wonder, how can we see if any of that happening to our lungs if the x-rays are all a grey blended image provided by this laboratory???? We all know that if early signs are caught on a x-ray of these illneses can save lives and we should not wait till our lungs get halfway white or worse which may become obvious on a grey-blended x-ray because that means is already too late. What about catching cancer early? Totally disappointed!!

Fabulous experience! I had an appointment for ultrasound today.The ultrasound Tech was so expert , knowledgeable and kind. Also front desk staffs were so professional and respectful. I do recommend this imaging centre.

Absolutely horrible client service. My doctor who happens to be in the same building sent the requisition twice. I called to follow up about 6 weeks after the first request. Without even taking a name the very rude receptionist said, “we call back within 24-48 hours, if we didn’t call we don’t have it”. I asked her to check which seemed like I was completely interrupting her day. The response with a very blatant sigh and “fine, what’s the name and number” she agreed to look and get back to me. No return call. Again I call my doctor for a new clinic. They said let me send it again. We happened to be in the doctors this week and yet again spoke to them about referring elsewhere. My doctor suggested going down and speaking to you again. So we did. Again rude receptionist, rude staff. “If you haven’t had a fall you shouldn’t be here is the line we got. You are supposed to be medical professionals. You’re paid by OHIP. It’s not your role to tell people when and what they need. Perhaps improve your staffs attitude and the way they treat people. A requisition from February shouldn’t take this long to respond to.

I just went here for my ultrasound . The lady doing my ultrasound was the sweetest lady ever. This was the most heartwarming experience ever. She made sure i was comfortable at all times. I didn’t catch her name but thank you for making this an amazing experience. I will be coming here for all my ultrasounds.
