It was such an amazing experience ,Jim and his family are so kind and welcoming, made sure we had everything we needed even with the rain. We also got to experience a beautiful display of fireworks by a lovely couple that have stayed there for many years, we will 100% deffinetly be coming back, what a great relaxing experience!
B	Beau Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place to stay with a great family running it. We had the BYOT platform and it was perfect. Own fire pit and picnic table with outhouse less than 50m away. Private too with trees all around. The kayaks and canoes were great too with so many places to explore on the lake and surrounding rivers. Take a couple of camping chairs if you want to sit close to the fire and depending on the season, bug spray or a thermacell as the mosquitoes can be around.

They have a 8 beautiful cabins and we got to stay in number 3; a nice smaller cabin with three beds, a small kitchen and an attached washroom. We went canoeing, paddle boating, swimming and played some board games inside when it was raining. It was nice getting a chance to just sit by the fire and watch the lake in the evening and they provided the stuff we needed to get the fire going and to cook our dinner over it. The owners are really wonderful people and they're always willing to do a little extra to make sure your trip is fantastic. I didn't get a chance to this trip, but often in the summer they have different activities and events up by the main office and there is kayaking and beach volleyball available. We were only there one night this time, but it feels like we did so much in such a short time. I'm glad I got a chance to take a break from my busy summer jobs to actually experience a bit of summer, even if it was only for a night. I look forward to going back with a better camera next time just to take pictures of the trees, lake and ducks. It's also not a far drive from magnetawan so when I was feeling a bit under the weather in the morning we were able to make a quick trip to pick up some Advil. I don't get the chance to visit as much as I used to, but it's still one of my favourite places to go to have a bit of a vacation. I love it there.

It's great for a peaceful getaway with your spouse or wonderful family memories with your kids. The staff is amazing and the kids will have the time of their lives! j	j drew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent a week here on beautiful Lake Cecebe. Affordable cabins. Communal kitchen. Beach area and canoes/kayaks to explore. Lots of nearby trails and waterfalls. Hosts are super friendly and helpful.

The Magnetawan River is peaceful most time of early fall, canoeing in the river is an unforgettable memory, especially canoeing to catch every second of sunset. Will go back again
