★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’re first time home buyers. We had done a lot of research, and looked at a bunch of places, but hadn’t signed with an agent. We started working with John and quickly realized what we had been missing. He was a huge resource to us, walking us through the local market, things to watch for, warning signs and the offer/buying process well before we found the right place. He steered us away from what we later saw would have been a huge mistake. John was quick to catch on to the things that were important to us, even helping us work through must-haves by showing us lots of examples to help us figure things out. In the end he found us a great place that had all the things we were looking for. We knew he was busy because he has a lot of listings and clients, but somehow we never felt it – he was always on it, always reachable, always willing to make it work. His fast action and good advice prevented us from getting into a bidding war. We found out later there was a bidding war for the backup offer, and backup backup offer! It was amazing! But the biggest thing was his attitude. He is very down to earth, experienced, and his approach made it very clear he was focused on finding us a great place, and making sure we were comfortable throughout the process. There was none of the pressure we felt from other agents, and it genuinely felt like he was just happy to be showing us places and working through the process with us. And he also had great contacts that he shared with us. We were amazed at how smoothly and how quickly everything came together. We had prepared ourselves for stress and scrambling, but it was just exciting. Thank you John!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John, Bonnie and Eva didn't give up in selling our cottage......as they say there is a buyer out there just have to find them. Our cottage was on a small lake so there was a smaller pool of buyers and little harder to sell....but they did it !!!! They also did a great job in finding us a new cottage on a larger lake that met our budget !

was everything I was looking for. I knew she was a busy lady because she has
