★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend the Lifemark program for concussion recovery.
It’s an eight-week program that combines physiotherapy, exercise, stretching, education, counselling and occupational therapy with a return to work program.
Excellent staff who are highly knowledgeable and genuinely care about helping people recover from what is often a highly misunderstood, invisible injury.
I learned a lot through the program, from the importance of proper sleep and nutrition to the value of cardiovascular exercise in helping the brain to heal.
It was also good to meet other people who were dealing with work-related brain injuries, as we compared notes, learned from and inspired each other.
I am forever thankful for the opportunity to attend and participate in this program!

I consider myself lucky to have had Colin Bialik as my OT and over the last six months working together I found him to be professional, understanding, patient, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you to Everyone on my team who worked so hard helping me with my recovery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgeable and polite staff with good facilities and organizations.. Aiden was my kensiologist and Allen was my physiotherapist both were warm and patient with a good understanding of human body..I feel way better than before going to Lifemark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first physiotherapy experience and felt that I was in good hands towards recovery. I got injured on a film set and twisted my ankle so a lot of my workouts were training my ankle for mobility. I had an extremely caring and attentive kinesiologist Aiden who was helpful every step of the way and was able to guide me in a direction of recovery. Other helpful and attentive staff such as Ian checked up on my progress and was willing to answer questions. Everyone was extremely kind and professional! It was a bittersweet feeling to leave but completing my 4 weeks and feeling 90% recovered helped build up my confidence again with my body.

By the time I left the gave me the tools to help me manage my concussion and to continue my healing from home. Christina, Howard, Taylor, Martin and the whole crew are all wonderful people. Just there to help everyone that comes through their doors. Highly recommend them for concussion treatment. Thank you for everything.
