β β β β β The seller said fixing iPhone home button for $60. he replaced it and gave me screen protector for free. but he charged me for $80. I paid it because I thought he fixed it quickly and give me new protector for me... but after I paid and checked the home button, it wasn't fixed at all. He just made excuse and didn't refund me. What did I spend $80 for? He said he fixed it before I received my phone. better stop the business of deceiving customers. I was very disappointed with him.

β β β β β If you ask to get a repair. They will order the part for youβ¦ they never have in stock and itβs annoying.
And to respond to your reply. Just so your aware I went all over town that day and had multiple negative responses.
Specifically at your location I remember clearly explaining to the guy and showing him the glass on the iPhone camera. He said βyes we have it and we can do it by tomorrow, we have to order it from our supplierβ. I even noticed you wanted to charge me 80$ to repair where as other locations charge an average of 40-60$β¦ the guy was rude when I walked in and was not forward with me at the start. He just wanted to make a sale without listening to the customers needs and expectations. Out of all the locations, in fact I found this location to have the most frustration with the customer service provided.
So in fact this review I share with your specific location is worth a low rating.
I have a right to make a review that is honest, fair and expressing my experience very clearly.
And as for you getting frustrated of an honest rating. Elaborating about points. No, points do not get you anything. They only show how many places you give honest reviews to.
You say the review is fake. But it was real enough for me to walk into the store, felt miss leaded and overpriced as a potential customerβ¦. And write this review.
And one more thing to add, your looking through my ratings and say I have within an hour is incorrect.. I use this whenever I have time. And google asking ME what MY experience was like at a store. Iβm more then happy to sharing a rating by my experience.
Iβm sorry to disappoint you.

β β β β β Got a screen replacement in October, it lasted a few months until the edge came up and screen shorted out. Claimed to be βOEMβ before I repaired it but after the repair was done I was told it was not as good as original manufacturer.
Seems to delete or rename itself periodically so old reviews donβt show up
