★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, I love Wind Mobile and I dislike Wind Mobile; its only because I'm such a cheap SOB that I stay with them. I live in an area with "ify" reception, one block its strong, two blocks later, nothing. I live in a valley difficult for many cell phones.
I look at the over all cost of the plan per month. In Vancouver by and large good reception but where other companies have coverage, Wind Mobile does not. When I go to Victoria I get roaming charges, Nanaimo the same. Fortunately I don't use the phone enough that roaming charges impact me that much. I think my highest roaming charge has been $5 in one month.
I would say if you are in a well covered area by WM and you don't travel or move around frequently, its a great company. If you do travel a lot for business or pleasure, coverage is so limited you might be better off with another company.
Like I said, I love WM and I dislike it. But after my three year contract expired, I renewed for another two years as I love unlimited everything and I don't move around that much so for me, anchored in Vancouver, life is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since March I have been to every store in my area, and on the phone with WIND customer service, once I had a rep on the phone that knew what she was doing, the other times I was with someone in the middle east and the service was cut and dry. F OFF attitude. I am finally looking for another provider so not even a year with them. Their service is terrible, connection is terrible, its still $45 month its not free. I am paying for what they priced a service that should work. I get asked on the phone, what area do you have problems, first and most important the service is for mobile service, I am not paying for a landline. My service won't work on burrard skytrain area or most of Georgia, outside the Vancouver library it won't work, most westend area is OK, not great. So moving on. the last rep I talked to on the phone practically in a diplomatic way said bye bye. Not even an inch outside the box to help or provide solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to different Freedom Mobile stores and they are nice. This one their employees are bunch of a...holes!!!!!! Go any Freedom Store but here!!! This happened August 27, 2019 at 2:10 Pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst Wind store around. I like the company, but the employees at this particular store always ignore you. You come in with a question and the same guy is usually always working, he doesn't look up to look at you, and on his phone the whole time. Last time I was in, he said he couldn't help me and passed me a piece of paper with another Wind store's address and number and told me to go there.
Just go to the Robson store instead. If you go here, best to try and call to see if someone is actually in the store, as there is often a 'Gone on lunch break' sign on the locked door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has great customer service! Very Knowledgeable and fast workers. I apologize for the review below me as that person is an ignorant and racist person. He may be financially unstable needing to go on prepaid and taking out his anger on these workers.
If the representative working asks you for ID you there's a reason. You either provide it to them or why bother signing up knowing that society functions with ID.
I gave this a 4 star because I saw a lot of addicts come in store all dirty and messy, which meant the store needed a bit of cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm from out of town and went here to pay my bill. There was a customer that was very aggressive and confrontational. Ray was incredibly patient and continued to work hard to find a solution even while been "less appreciated" by the customer. Ray then helped the next customer better understand his account and how to use it. He helped me and saved me a couple bucks on top. Ray's the man, would recommend
