★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place thanks to Google maps while looking for a place to pick up a specific board game from a store that would be open past 7pm. The guys there were friendly and could pin point exactly where both the games we wanted were stocked. They seem to organize a few events during the week related to board games too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sold them a pretty big collection of MTG cards. I couldn't be happier with how the whole process went. They were fair with pricing and went to great lengths to explain why some things were being discounted. The customer service throughout was also excellent. Awesome store, great staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fantastic place to go for all of your board game and tabletop game needs! Their selection has a ton of variety, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever I had a question or an inquiry, the folks working there always did everything they could to help me out. Plus, the store is LGBTQ+ friendly, which is always a bonus! I'll make sure to go back in the near future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of days ago, I did write a pretty nasty review for this store and need to retract that. I was taking some other issues out on them for this is a very nice store to shop at. I received a gift card and managed to find some cool things I did not expect (I don't really like board games so right off the bat, I am not the ideal customer for this place) I was sort of cranky with the staff (which I regret) and they were still nice to me. They have a great selection of jigsaw puzzles at decent prices. Here's the shocker - I may end up going back.
If anything I would say definitely price check before you go in as some of their prices are way higher than on Amazon and I can't figure out how anyone would pay $54 for Ghostbuster Monopoly (it's just cardboard and paper for crying out loud - but what do I know).
One warning, they do still require masks.
Overall though sure. If you're into this sort of thing it seems like a decent place to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my new favourite table-top gaming location! I signed up for an open board gaming afternoon with a friend and we had an excellent experience. The store offers a good selection of games to test out and play for open game days. The staff is friendly and willing to help explain rules if needed. The store itself is super clean and has a huge selection of games, puzzles, and RPG accessories. It is a gamers' paradise and I can't wait to return for another open gaming day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like their New West store, it’s very open and so easy to find the games you’re looking for (and so much more). I have now purchased 4 games and the staff member that had helped me each time had never played the games. As someone who is new to board games all I want is someone to talk about the games with LOL. Neither of their locations are convenient for me from Richmond. I’d love to come by more often to browse. It’s such a treat compared to Strategies and Magic Stronghold.
