He cares so much about his patients and his technique is magic: a combination of therapeutic and relaxing - his hands are magic! It’s seriously amazing! So glad I found him and already looking forward to the next session!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to the Vitality Clinic for about 3 years now. Dr Serne is amazing! Before finding the Vitality Clinic I spent 9 months and thousands of dollars seeing 2 other local chiropractors trying to fix some back and leg pain with no success. Dr Serne was able to provide relief starting from the first visit. She put together a rehab program that included chiropractic, massage, supplements and exercises. Within six weeks I was pain free! I am now playing golf and hockey again and Dr Serne keeps putting me back together when I push myself too far. She is punctual and truly cares for the well being of her patients. I am so glad I found this clinic and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that wants to feel better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m one of Dr. Crysta Serne’s longest running patients. I started seeing her in 2000/01 qthink. Over the years we have become friends and she is an irreplaceable part of my ongoing healthcare. I’m a stroke survivor and so she “gets” my body and has managed to make me feel less broken for a long time. This is not a spa, it’s a medical clinic of sorts. I rarely wait for my appointment but it’s always a good ideal to expect a slight delay. She isn’t going to rush a patient that requires some extra care, and I have benefited from that myself.
I’ve spent a lot of time at Vitality doing RMT, Naturopathy all in conjunction with my maintenance adjustments every two weeks.
Crysta has an excellent style of adjusting, which works great for me. She’s precise and friendly and very efficient. She’s very direct and gets to business though. Depending on the treatment I’m getting she may leave the room so I can rest and she will possibly adjust another patient. She’s very intuitive with the body and is a good listener. But her hands tell her a lot before the adjustment happens.
The Office is in an awesome Victorian style home. She uses the two rooms on the main floor. I highly recommend the Clinic and the service!

From my orientation onwards, he has conducted himself professionally and has displayed immense knowledge in the chiropractic field. I noticed positive changes after just one appointment, and throughout my subsequent visits. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient of Vitality Clinic for close to 10 years and even though my office has moved I go the extra way to visit Crysta for chiropractic services. She is in my opinion the most experience and knowledgeable chiropractor in Vancouver. Her background work with athletes means that you also get guidance on exercises and posture related feedback that I value. The clinic works hard to provide great service and I appreciate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far I have been visiting Vitality Clinic for about 6 times and I must admit, this is by far the best Chiropractic & Sport therapy clinic I have been to in Vancouver.... For Chiropractic related issues, Dr. Tisshaw is a great person to go to. He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional & someone who really cares about his patients.... For Massage, Rob is an amazing guy. He is caring, professional, respectful and he absolutely knows what he is doing.... The reception is always friendly, smiling, respectful and very good at following up etc.
Overall am happy with the clinic and would strongly recommend it to fellow Vancouverites.... Keep it up guys. Amazing!!!

I've been a Vitality Clinic client for many years. Dr Serne is the best!! Accommodating, professional, caring, always makes time no matter how short the notice or how busy the clinic is. A busy, thriving practice yet she makes you feel as if your her only client during the time she's "healing" you. If you're looking for some pain relief or ongoing treatment you won't go wrong choosing Vitality, I highly recommend.

Adam was my RMT for over a year and is excellent. He listened to my issues and responded with experience and knowledge.
