★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A social housing building for women only. Although it is run by Atira, they aren't quite as anal as some of their other buildings when it comes to enforcing their illegal “all guests must produce official government ID in order to enter the building" rules.

For 3 weeks staying with my kid coming and going with my ID then my wallet gets stolen and now waiting for my id to be replaced and they won't let me in to see my kid... And they know who I am... The Johns on the other hand do not need ID GO figure.... It's a joke let alone it's completely illegal to be asking for anyone's ID

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's decent staff are friendly there they are always helpful in anyway they can be it's a good place to start if your a single mother I go there to visit my sister and nephew.//now for part2. I've never in my life ever thought such a big organization like the atira society for women which is the one running the Sorrella house at 525 Abbott street in downtown Vancouver is a joke at night time you'll always see the staff looking at a laptop on the desk cause there watching all the cameras for that place (i.e) hallways,Suites, and just invasion of privacy creeps kinda a stuff I'm shocked they actually offer a family program,and on another floor it's rented out to house federal inmates some that shouldn't be around children.you know if you come to look for a family member that lives here and you talk to this person every day and your worried that the family member is who knows say a struggling addict and because your not buzzed in from there unit they would not let you go check on them and will not even go do a health check for you for that matter.is really disgusting like WoW. Can somebody tell me why this place is actually still operating the staff at this place like WoW who comes downtown to the lower Eastside to act like they are residents in the building they actually work in some of the ones at Sorrella house seem to fit right in
