★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not be getting my taxes done here again. first of all, they missed some major things which lead me to believe I was owing way more than what I should be. Once I looked it over myself I realized it was wrong, then I had to pay again to get them to correct their mistake. Since I didn't notice until April 27th, I had to wait for them to do it "after season". Aside from that, the women who was working at the from was nothing but short with me and very rude (complete with eye rolling). Horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going to get my taxes done by them because I didnt understand the Graduation Retention Program. Instead they gave very helpful advice that helped us fit the last piece of our puzzle at no cost. They could have easily have charged me to do the taxes and not mentioned this. For this kind gesture I have to give them five stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marline handled my wife and I tax filing on 2017 which was done for 3 years (2015, 2016, 2017) and help us solve the complex situation in my filling as she called CRA and discussed with them a bout my case and gave me the result while I was sitting with her, which something I was trying get from them in-vain. She is very knowledgeable and help us to do our tax and we do ever since with this office, and when we need help for some of the RCA inquiries we go to the Lawson Heights location and the do it with on extra charge. they are very helpful and nice.
