★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner. Very much enjoy our building. Very quiet, clean and well maintained. The area around the building is great, with lots of places to eat, and the river being just around the corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented it for a month initially the layout, location and furnishings were good but the windows were not sealed properly due to which it got really cold during February nights and the carpet was kind of torn near entrance and had nail coming up. They did do a temporary fix but we decided to change the apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Liberte is situated in a very nice area in Eau Claire. The units have large circular balconies and there is a tennis court on the west side, along with some other amenities. There are some nicely renovated units here and some not so much.
