★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've become quite disappointed in the service of this company. They did not bother to contact me when a shipment had come in and I had to ask them if they had it after two further days of delay.
Then the Sumas branch told me to contact the Abbotsford location about it and the Abbotsford location told me to contact Sumas about it. At this point I went to the Abbotsford location to enquire about the situation. My name and phone number were taken and I was told I'd be contacted. I never was.
Then I received an email from them, which was a response to an email I sent(asking about my shipment) an entire week previously, and no longer applied to the state of affairs. I know that Covid has complicated things, but this company is undependable and I simply can not recommend them to anyone.
At this point they still have my package in Sumas and have failed to contact me by phone as I was told.

Ask them to borrow a measuring tape. The friendliness I received WOW!!! She was not friendly at all. Sorry you didn't make any money from me!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They take advantage of every holiday possible to close their post office. Their service is wavering unbelievably. It's absolutely unreal the amount of times I've gone to this place only for it to be closed with absolutely no notice beforehand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff needs to learn manners, and the business needs to be more organized. I could write a book on the times my emails were ignored, staff was unnecessarily rude and confrontational and the times policies and hours changed without any warning. I was a regular weekly business customer for 3 years until today when they decided to change their prices without warning again and charged a much higher amount to my CC they have on file without warning or my permission. You have no right to use my CC without my consent. PERIOD. I have decided to go with the competitor (Chit Chats) because their drop off service to Washington is the same as Letterlock for a fraction of the cost and they pick up from your home or business. Most importantly they are so nice and make you feel so welcome and appreciated. This shouldn't be too much to ask for but apparently it was at LL. I'm just so so happy I won't have to deal with them ever again! Yaay me!
